【摘要】:21世纪以来大多数国家劳动报酬占GDP份额呈现先下降后上升的变化趋势,但发达国家和发展中国家仍存在差异性。研究发达国家和发展中国家劳动报酬占GDP份额的现状以及影响因素,对我国劳动报酬占GDP份额具有重要意义。本文首先对收入法GDP中劳动者报酬的统计口径进行说明,通过主要发达国家和发展中国家劳动报酬占GDP份额的现状分析,得出2000-2012年劳动报酬占比份额主要呈先下降后上升的发展趋势。中国劳动报酬占GDP份额处于发达国家中等偏上水平,处于发展中国家最高水平。接下来,本文探讨了影响发达国家、发展中国家和我国劳动报酬占GDP比重的各种因素,并对理论分析进行假设。本文还运用2000-2012年发达国家和发展中国家、我国31个省份的面板数据对劳动报酬占GDP份额的影响因素进行了实证研究,发现资本深化不利于发达国家劳动报酬占比份额的改善,经济发展水平与国际劳动报酬占比份额之间存在“U型”关系。经济全球化不利于发达国家和发展中国家劳动报酬占比份额的改善,第二产业的发展不利于我国劳动报酬占GDP份额的提高,第三产业的发展有利于我国劳动报酬占GDP份额的改善。对发展中国家劳动报酬占GDP份额起促进作用的影响因素包括资本深化、财政支出。最后,根据理论分析和实证分析的结果,通过对劳动报酬占GDP份额影响因素的分析,对我国劳动报酬占GDP份额发展提出政策性的建议。
[Abstract]:Since 21th century, the share of labor compensation in GDP has declined first and then increased in most countries. However, there are still differences between developed and developing countries. This paper studies the current situation of labor compensation in developed and developing countries and its influencing factors. It is of great significance for the share of labor compensation in GDP in our country. Firstly, this paper explains the statistical caliber of workers' remuneration in the income method GDP. Through the main developed and developing countries labor compensation share of GDP analysis of the status quo. It is concluded that the share of labor compensation in 2000-2012 is mainly decreasing first and then rising. China's share of labor compensation in GDP is in the middle and upper level of developed countries. At the highest level in developing countries. Next, this paper discusses the factors that affect the proportion of labor remuneration to GDP in developed countries, developing countries and China. And the theoretical analysis is hypothesized. This paper also uses the developed and developing countries from 2000 to 2012. The panel data of 31 provinces in China have made an empirical study on the factors affecting the share of labor compensation in GDP, and found that capital deepening is not conducive to the improvement of labor compensation share in developed countries. There is a "U-type" relationship between the level of economic development and the share of international labor remuneration, and economic globalization is not conducive to the improvement of the share of labor remuneration in developed and developing countries. The development of the secondary industry is not conducive to the increase of the share of labor remuneration in GDP. The development of the tertiary industry is conducive to the improvement of the share of labor remuneration in GDP in China. The factors that promote the share of labor remuneration in GDP in developing countries include capital deepening, financial expenditure and finally. According to the results of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on the development of labor compensation share in GDP through the analysis of the influencing factors of labor compensation share in GDP.
