【摘要】:随着信息技术和交通运输业的发展,建筑业的区域性限制越来越小,建筑市场日益开放,建筑行业的竞争也日趋激烈。作为建筑业的重要主体,承包商不但要直接面对市场竞争的压力,还需面临建筑材料价格上涨,以及业主针对建设工期、施工质量、资金支付、结算审计等方面的苛刻要求。尽管上个世纪80年代末,建筑行业引入了供应链管理,在一定程度上改变了粗放的传统管理方式,有效改善了建筑行业的生产效率,对提高承包商的成本竞争优势起到了一定的促进作用。但实践表明,建筑业供应商关系管理的一般原理、评价指标体系等还不尽完善,其价值与作用尚未得到广泛认知,特别是对提高承包商成本竞争优势的作用还未充分显现,这也是多数建筑核心企业,并未能够与供应商建立并保持长期的现代供应商关系的重要原因。加强供应商关系管理理论研究与实践探索,对改善建筑业市场主体协作关系,提高承包商市场竞争力,促进行业健康有序发展,具有现实意义。基于此,本文提出了建筑核心企业供应商关系管理,并采用成熟度的观点对供应商关系管理进行量化研究,主要内容包括: ①对建筑供应商关系相关理论以及能力成熟度模型进行综述,重点分析了现有成熟度关系评价模型的不足,包括如何进行评估、供应商关系水平定义以及结果如何展示等问题。 ②基于CMM理念,对建筑业供应商关系进行层次分析,将其划分为传统的买卖关系、有限的合作关系、短期的协作关系和长期的合作关系4个层次,前2个层次反映传统的对立关系,后2个层次反映协作关系。 ③构建从信任、目标、协作、风险分担、沟通、采购、解决问题和可持续发展8个维度,24个二级指标的评价体系。以此为基础,结合4个关系层次以及评价准则,运用模糊综合评价法量化合作关系程度,,从而建立起了完整的成熟度模型。 ④以重庆中央公园项目建设作为研究对象,对业主单位重庆中央公园建设发展有限公司与其石材供应商山东承隆集团之间的合作关系运用模型计算,结果为2.5,介于有限的合作关系和短期的协作关系之间,表明双方的合作关系成熟度水平还不够高,与实际相符合,据此佐证模型的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the development of information technology and transportation industry, the regional restrictions of the construction industry are becoming smaller and smaller, the construction market is opening up day by day, and the competition in the construction industry is becoming increasingly fierce. The contractor has to face not only the pressure of market competition, but also the rising price of construction materials, as well as the owner of the construction period, construction quality, capital payments. Although in the end of -20s, the construction industry introduced supply chain management, to some extent, changed the extensive traditional management. It can effectively improve the production efficiency of the construction industry and promote the cost competitive advantage of contractors. However, the practice shows that the general principle of supplier relationship management in construction industry. Evaluation index system is not perfect, its value and role has not been widely recognized, especially the role of improving the contractor's cost competitive advantage has not been fully revealed, this is also the majority of core construction enterprises. The important reason why we can not establish and maintain long-term modern supplier relationship with suppliers. Strengthen the theoretical research and practical exploration of supplier relationship management to improve the cooperative relationship of the main body in the construction market. It is of practical significance to improve the contractors' market competitiveness and promote the healthy and orderly development of the industry. Based on this, this paper puts forward the management of supplier relationship in the construction core enterprises. The quantitative research on supplier relationship management is carried out from the viewpoint of maturity. The main contents are as follows: 1. Summarize the theory of building supplier relationship and capability maturity model, and focus on the analysis of the shortcomings of the existing maturity relationship evaluation model, including how to evaluate. The definition of supplier relationship level and how to display the results. 2 based on the concept of CMM, the relationship of suppliers in construction industry is divided into four levels: traditional business relationship, limited cooperative relationship, short-term cooperative relationship and long-term cooperative relationship. The first two levels reflect the traditional opposites and the latter two reflect the cooperative relations. (3) to build an evaluation system based on 8 dimensions of trust, goal, collaboration, risk sharing, communication, procurement, problem solving and sustainable development, and 24 secondary indicators. Combined with the four levels of relationship and the evaluation criteria, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to quantify the degree of cooperation relationship, and a complete maturity model is established. (4) taking the construction of Chongqing Central Park Project as the research object, the cooperation relationship between Chongqing Central Park Construction and Development Co., Ltd and its stone supplier Shandong Chenglong Group is calculated by using the model. The result is 2.5, which is between the limited cooperative relationship and the short-term cooperative relationship, which indicates that the maturity level of the cooperative relationship between the two sides is not high enough, which is consistent with the actual situation, which proves the validity of the model.
