【摘要】：入世后,随着国内市场的高速发展,加速了全球化的趋势,外企中不少实力雄厚的巨头都对国内市场给予了高度重视,同时由于我国签署了《烟草控制框架公约》,此公约势必对我国烟草行业的市场空间来带不小的影响,这两个因素在一些开放的国内市场环境下,表现的尤为突出。面对国外烟草企业先进的管理方式,我国烟草企业如何才能在市场、政策等多方压力下持续实现税利的增长,如何来抵御国外企业的市场竞争,除了一如既往的做好产品质量、服务以外,则需要我们在企业管理中寻找更具有竞争优势的新元素。我们都知道,任何一个企业乃至一个行业的发展壮大都离不开便捷快速的物流体系,物流已经成为一个企业成长的关键性要素,哪家企业如果能够在物流环节具有管理优势,势必能够为企业创造更大利益提供得天独厚的优势,因此,减少物流成本也成为了很多企业创造效益的新的增长点。就目前的研究来看,物流成本分析在整个物流管理中得到广泛运用,烟草行业也不例外,特别是烟草商业企业,更是以物流为立命之本,这也正是国家局(总公司)所要求的向着现代化卷烟流通企业发展策略的根本。本论文正是从物流成本控制分析入手,采用作业成本方法,研究地州级烟草公司物流成本控制问题,探索小区域内烟草商业企业在卷烟配送节流增效以及削减物流成本方面的有效方法。
[Abstract]:After entering WTO, with the rapid development of the domestic market, accelerate the trend of globalization, many foreign companies in the strength of the giants are on the domestic market to give a high priority at the same time as China signed the "Framework Convention on tobacco control", which is bound to influence about China's tobacco industry market space with no small and these two factors in some open domestic market environment, the performance is very outstanding. In the face of foreign tobacco enterprises advanced management mode, how can China's tobacco enterprises in the market, continued to achieve tax policy and other pressure increasing, how to resist foreign enterprises in market competition, in addition to the quality of the products as in the past then, we need to find a new service, more competitive in business management. As we all know, the development of any enterprise or even an industry growth is cannot do without convenient fast The speed of the logistics system, logistics has become a key factor in the growth of the enterprise, which if enterprises can have the management superiority in the logistics chain, is bound to provide richly endowed by nature advantages, for enterprises to create greater benefits therefore, reduce logistics cost has become a lot of enterprises to create a new growth point of current efficiency. Study on logistics cost analysis, has been widely used in the logistics management, tobacco industry is no exception, especially tobacco business enterprises, is mainly in the logistics foundation, which is also the State Bureau (company) the fundamental requirements of cigarette circulation toward the modern enterprise development strategy. This thesis is starting from the analysis of the logistics cost control, the cost of operation method, study the state level tobacco companies logistics cost control problems, explore the area of tobacco commercial enterprises in the cigarette distribution efficiency and reduce the throttle Effective methods of logistics cost.
