【摘要】:建筑业在我国的发展中具有举足轻重的作用,它为我国工业化水平的提升做出了巨大贡献,使我国的国民经济得到快速发展。目前,建筑企业在很多方面还不规范,存在许多问题,主要体现在建筑企业内部管理、建筑行业的不正当行为,使建筑业面临着十分严峻的考验。因此,需要不断改进以规范整个建筑市场,改善整个建筑环境。建筑行业提升企业核心竞争力的重点在于重视创新能力的提升,而我国建筑行业普遍不重视企业的技术创新能力建设,且对于这一方面的相关研究也不完善,少有对建筑企业创新能力评价体系的研究。本文在国内外建筑企业技术创新现状的基础上,结合建筑企业技术创新的特点,,对建筑企业技术创新评价指标体系进行系统分析和研究。 本文对ANP(网络层次分析法)在国内外的研究现状、建筑企业技术创新在国内外的研究现状分别进行了分析,研究发现ANP在我国建筑企业技术创新评价运用方面的研究力度还不够,因此,本文介绍了建筑企业技术创新基本理论,包括本文研究范围、建筑企业定义与技术创新定义的界定以及本文所运用的相关理论方法与Super Decisions软件的使用介绍。根据建筑企业技术创新评价指标体系构建原则,采用德尔菲法对其指标进行初步设定与筛选,分别设置每一个一级指标、二级指标和三级指标的具体含义,构建成三级建筑企业技术创新评价指标体系。在此评价指标体系的基础上,引入网络层次分析法(ANP),通过确定各指标间的关系,同时在专家对各指标打分的基础上,运用超级决策软件(Super Decisions),建立指标间的两两比较矩阵并进行计算,得出各指标的权重,再根据以上数据,运用模糊综合评价法对建筑企业技术创新能力进行综合评价。最后以四川省某建筑工程公司为例,运用本研究方法对其企业技术创新能力进行评价,分析该建筑企业技术创新能力并得到相应结论。
[Abstract]:The construction industry plays an important role in the development of our country, it has made great contributions to China's industrialization level, China's national economy has been developing rapidly. At present, the construction enterprises in many aspects are not standardized, there are many problems, mainly reflected in the construction of enterprise internal management, improper construction the industry, the construction industry is facing severe challenges. Therefore, the need to continuously improve the standard of the whole construction market, improve the building environment. Focus on the construction industry to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises is to attach importance to the enhancement of innovation capability, and the construction industry in our country generally do not pay attention to enterprise's technological innovation ability construction, and related research on this on the one hand is not perfect, less on the construction of enterprise innovation ability evaluation system. Based on the domestic and foreign construction technology innovation situation of enterprises, combined with the construction enterprises The characteristics of technical innovation of the industry, the system analysis and Research on the evaluation index system of the technical innovation of the construction enterprises.
In this paper, ANP (analytic network process) research status at home and abroad, the research status of technological innovation in construction enterprises at home and abroad were analyzed, found that ANP in the technological innovation of China's construction enterprises to evaluate the use of research efforts is not enough, therefore, this paper introduces the basic theory of technology innovation of construction enterprises, including the scope of this study, using the related theories and methods used by the construction enterprise technology innovation definition and the definition as well as the Super and Decisions software are introduced. According to the evaluation index system of technology innovation of construction enterprise construction principle, using the Delphy Fa index setting and preliminary screening, were set for each level indicators, two specific meaning the indicators of the three levels, to construct three level construction enterprise technical innovation evaluation index system. This evaluation index system based on the introduction of the network layer An analysis method (ANP), by determining the relationship between the various indicators, at the same time on the basis of expert scoring indexes, using super decision software (Super, Decisions) to establish the index between the 22 comparison matrix is calculated, obtained the weight of each index, and then according to the above data, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method comprehensive evaluation of technological innovation ability of construction enterprises. Finally a construction company in Sichuan Province as an example, the use of this method to evaluate the technological innovation capability of enterprises, technological innovation capability of the construction enterprise and obtains the corresponding conclusion.
