中新集团财务管控问题研究

【摘要】：现今我国房地产、市政综合性集团企业越来越多,这些企业集团在经营发展过程中不可避免地出现了一些问题,如企业跨区域管理、投资控股关系处理、母子公司管控等等。本文立足于房地产及市政行业,以中新苏州工业园区开发集团股份有限公司为例,详细分析了中新集团财务管控存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决措施。全文首先介绍了论文研究的背景与意义、研究的内容与方法；其次对现阶段国内外出现的关于企业集团的理论研究进行了简单的概述,并阐述了企业集团财务管控的作用和特点。文章第三部分主要是对企业集团财务管控体系进行了分析,包括集团财务管控的内容、手段及管控的模式,为文章后面的内容陈述作好理论铺垫。全文的重点在第四部分与第五部分,着重分析了中新集团财务管控的现状与存在的问题,并从长远出发结合集团实际,提出了一系列的优化措施及辅助配套措施。最后,对全文进行了概括性陈述。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, there are more and more real estate and municipal comprehensive group enterprises in our country. These enterprise groups inevitably have some problems in the process of operation and development, such as the cross-regional management of enterprises and the handling of investment holding relationship. Based on the real estate and municipal industries, this paper analyzes the problems of financial control in Zhongxin Suzhou Industrial Park Development Group Co., Ltd. The corresponding measures are put forward. First of all, the paper introduces the background and significance of the research, research content and methods; Secondly, the paper gives a brief overview of the theoretical research on enterprise groups at home and abroad at the present stage. The third part mainly analyzes the financial control system of enterprise group, including the content, means and mode of financial control. The focus of the paper is 4th and 5th parts, focusing on the analysis of the current situation and existing problems of financial control in Sinochem Group, and from the long-term perspective combined with the Group's reality. A series of optimization measures and auxiliary measures are put forward.
