【摘要】:由于传统物流管理模式已经无法满足现代电力企业发展的需求,因此电力企业亟需采用信息化平台对其物流进行科学高效的管理,其中最有代表性的是企业资源计划ERP。利用ERP进行科学化的物流管理将使电力企业最大程度地减少物流管理占用的资源,降低物流成本,提升物流管理水平。然而电力企业应用ERP进行物流管理仍然存在各种外在的和内在的不确定性因素,因此需要应用风险管理的思想对其进行风险评估并提出风险控制措施。 首先,本文介绍了电力企业物流管理的内涵、存在的问题以及物流管理信息化的对策,论述了电力物流ERP的基本原理、系统设计、业务流程和功能模块以及在电力企业物资采购和库存管理中的实际应用,并且介绍了电力物流ERP应用的现状。其次,本文引入了风险的定义及特征等基本知识,循序渐进地论述了风险管理的历史与发展以及风险管理的目标和策略,并重点介绍了风险识别、风险评估和风险控制等风险管理流程。然后,本文在对电力物流ERP应用进行风险识别的基础上构建了其风险评估指标体系,提出了基于熵权法和模糊综合评价法的电力物流ERP应用风险评价模型,并应用此模型对大兴电力公司物流ERP应用风险进行了评估,结果表明大兴电力公司物流ERP应用风险处于一般程度,更倾向于低风险等级,而且分析一级指标权重可知电力物流ERP应用中的管理风险占的比重较大,其次是数据风险。最后本文针对关键风险项管理风险和数据风险提出了风险控制措施,针对次要风险项环境风险和软件风险则也提出了控制措施。
[Abstract]:Because the traditional logistics management mode has been unable to meet the needs of the development of modern electric power enterprises, it is urgent for electric power enterprises to adopt information platform to manage their logistics scientifically and efficiently. Among them, the most representative is ERP.Using ERP to carry on scientific logistics management will make the electric power enterprise reduce the resources occupied by the logistics management and reduce the logistics cost to the maximum extent. However, there are still a variety of external and internal uncertainties in the application of ERP to logistics management in electric power enterprises. Therefore, it is necessary to apply the idea of risk management to carry out risk assessment and put forward risk control measures. First of all, this paper introduces the connotation of logistics management, existing problems and logistics management information strategy, discusses the basic principle of power logistics ERP, system design. Business process and function module and the actual application in the power enterprise material procurement and inventory management, and introduced the current situation of power logistics ERP application. Secondly. In this paper, the definition and characteristics of risk are introduced, the history and development of risk management, the objectives and strategies of risk management are discussed step by step, and the risk identification is emphasized. Risk assessment and risk control and other risk management processes. Then, this paper constructs the risk assessment index system on the basis of risk identification of power logistics ERP application. The application risk evaluation model of power logistics ERP based on entropy weight method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is put forward, and the application risk of Daxing power company logistics ERP is evaluated by using this model. The results show that the application risk of logistics ERP in Daxing Electric Power Company is in the general degree, and more tend to low risk level, and the analysis of the first class index weight shows that the proportion of management risk in the application of power logistics ERP is large. Finally, this paper puts forward the risk control measures for the key risk item management risk and data risk, and also puts forward the control measures for the secondary risk item environmental risk and software risk.
