山西省农业科技人员农业知识产权意识研究

【摘要】：农业知识产权已经成为实现国家科技发展战略的重要工具和建设创新型国家的重要支撑点。农业知识产权的建立和保护,尤其是农业科技人员农业知识产权意识对于我国由传统的农业大国向集约化的创新大国和专利大国的转变起着十分重要的作用。山西省位于我国的中西部地区,是我国重要的能源重化工基地,农业生产因为种种客观和主观原因,导致农业发展的相对落后。农业知识产权由于受到各种条件的制约,发展也相对落后。山西省农业科技人员农业知识产权意识和法律意识较差,农业知识产权的宣传和推广在全国处于中下游水平。因此,山西的农业要想有一个大的发展,必须由农业科技作为支撑。而支撑农业科技人员创新的动力是较配套的农业知识产权专利体系,利益驱动体系和农业知识产权意识。因此山西省农业发展的关键在于农业科技人员的农业科技水平和农业知识产权意识水平,他们水平的高低决定了山西的农业发展的好坏。本文通过对山西农业科技人员进行了抽样调查、分析和论证,运用SPSS软件对相关数据进行处理分析。处理结果表明：山西省农业科技人员农业知识产权意识不强,对农业知识产权的认知程度不高、情感依赖度不强,农业知识产权制度的“鼓励创造”的功能和对农业创新的作用没有得到充分发挥。因此要通过加强宣传教育和加快和完善相关市场的发展来提升山西省农业科技人员的农业知识产权意识。
[Abstract]:Agricultural intellectual property has become an important tool to realize the national science and technology development strategy and an important supporting point of building an innovative country. The establishment and protection of agricultural intellectual property rights. In particular, the awareness of agricultural intellectual property rights of agricultural science and technology personnel plays a very important role in the transformation of China from a traditional agricultural country to an intensive innovation country and a patent country. Shanxi Province is located in the central and western regions of China. It is an important energy and heavy chemical industry base in China. Agricultural production is relatively backward because of various objective and subjective reasons. Agricultural intellectual property rights are restricted by various conditions. Shanxi agricultural science and technology personnel agricultural intellectual property awareness and legal awareness is poor, the propaganda and promotion of agricultural intellectual property in the country is in the middle and lower reaches of the level. If the agriculture of Shanxi wants to have a big development, it must be supported by agricultural science and technology, and the power of supporting the innovation of agricultural science and technology personnel is the relatively matching patent system of agricultural intellectual property. Therefore, the key to agricultural development in Shanxi Province lies in the level of agricultural science and technology and the awareness of agricultural intellectual property rights. The level of their level determines the development of Shanxi's agriculture. This article through the Shanxi agricultural science and technology personnel sample investigation, analysis and demonstration. The result shows that the agricultural science and technology personnel in Shanxi Province have not strong awareness of agricultural intellectual property rights, the degree of cognition of agricultural intellectual property rights is not high, and the degree of emotional dependence is not strong. "encouraging creation" of Agricultural intellectual property system. Therefore, it is necessary to enhance the awareness of agricultural intellectual property rights of agricultural science and technology personnel in Shanxi Province by strengthening propaganda and education and speeding up and perfecting the development of relevant markets.
