【摘要】:改革开放以来,中国城镇化稳步推进,发展迅速,但粗放式的发展模式却使环境遭到严重的破坏。经济总量、城镇化迅速发展的同时,生态环境质量却在进一步恶化。那么,中国城镇化对区域环境污染究竟起到了怎样的作用?东、中、西各区域城镇化与环境污染关系之间的差异性有那些?本文将对这些问题进行深度探讨,以期望获得到合理的解答。 本文以人口城镇化率作为主要解释变量,以各种污染物进行熵值法处理后得到工业污染以及生活污染综合指数作为被解释变量,来研究城镇化与环境污染关系的区域差异性。论文首先分析了中国城镇化的发展现况,包括全国及东中西部地区城镇化的整体发展现状以及其区域差异性和空间相关性。再对环境污染各指标进行了分析,并对其进行熵值法处理后进行了空间相关性分析。然后从城镇化与环境污染的理论基础出发,分析了城镇化与环境污染的关系的各个阶段的特点。在此基础上,利用我国29个省级单位1998-2011年的面板数据,建立空间固定效应模型进行实证检验,并从区域层面分析东、中、西部城镇化与环境污染关系的差异性,得到的实证结论如下: 对于城镇化与工业污染,其关系为:东部和中部为倒U型,但西部呈现正U型。东部地区各省区之间的工业污染的空间相关性为正向,在东部地区,相邻地区对本地区的工业污染具有正向的影响;而在中、西部地区,各省区之间的工业污染具有负向空间相关性,也就是说相邻地区对本地区的工业污染具有负向的影响。与东部地区相比,中西部地区的省级单位受到其相邻省区工业污染的影响更大。 对于城镇化与生活污染,东部地区的城镇化与生活污染的关系呈现倒U型;中部地区也呈现倒U型,但不显著,西部地区却呈现正U型。东、中、西各区域的生活污染的空间相关性不同。在东部地区,相邻地区对本地区的生活污染具有正向的影响;而在中、西部地区,相邻地区对本地区的生活污染具有负向的影响。与东部地区相比,,中、西部地区的省级单位受到其相邻省区生活污染的影响更大。总体来看,与生活污染的空间相关性相比,工业污染的空间相关性更强一些。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's urbanization has progressed steadily and developed rapidly, but the extensive development model has caused serious damage to the environment. However, the quality of ecological environment is deteriorating further. So, how does urbanization play a role in regional environmental pollution? What are the differences between urbanization and environmental pollution in the eastern, central and western regions? In this paper, these questions will be discussed in depth in order to obtain reasonable answers. In this paper, the population urbanization rate as the main explanatory variable, with various pollutants treated by entropy method to get industrial pollution and life pollution comprehensive index as the explanatory variables. To study the regional differences between urbanization and environmental pollution. Firstly, the paper analyzes the development of urbanization in China. Including the overall development of urbanization in the whole country and the eastern central and western regions as well as its regional differences and spatial correlation. Then the environmental pollution indicators were analyzed. Based on the theoretical basis of urbanization and environmental pollution, the characteristics of each stage of the relationship between urbanization and environmental pollution are analyzed. Using the panel data of 29 provincial units in China from 1998 to 2011, a spatial fixed effect model is established for empirical test, and analyzed from the regional level. The differences between urbanization and environmental pollution in western China are as follows: The relationship between urbanization and industrial pollution is as follows: the eastern and central regions are inverted U type, but the west is positive U type. The spatial correlation of industrial pollution between provinces and regions in the eastern region is positive, and in the eastern region. The adjacent areas have a positive effect on the industrial pollution in this area; In the middle and western regions, the industrial pollution between provinces and regions has a negative spatial correlation, that is, the adjacent areas have a negative impact on the industrial pollution in this region, compared with the eastern region. Provincial units in central and western regions are more affected by industrial pollution in neighbouring provinces. For the relationship between urbanization and life pollution, the relationship between urbanization and life pollution in the eastern region is inverted U-shaped. The central region also showed inverted U type, but not significant, but the western region showed positive U type. The spatial correlation of life pollution was different in the east, middle and west regions, and it was found in the eastern region. The adjacent areas have a positive effect on the living pollution in this area; But in the middle, west area, the adjacent area has the negative influence on the local living pollution. Compared with the eastern region, the middle area. The provincial units in the western region are more affected by the living pollution of their neighboring provinces. In general, the spatial correlation of industrial pollution is stronger than the spatial correlation of domestic pollution.
