【摘要】：发展旅游业对提高我国的就业机会，带动我国的综合效益，提高国民素质、传播中华民族先进文化和文明成果、推进和谐社会建设具有积极作用。当前我国正处于新型工业化、城镇化快速发展时期，综合改革稳步推进，经济社会持续发展，不断提高我国的综合国力，消费需求不断的增长，给旅游业发展创造了新的机遇。与此同时，也面临着市场环境复杂多变、市场竞争日趋激烈、保持旅游市场快速增长的困难加大等新情况和新挑战。为了能够帮助消费者识别真正的生态旅游，有不少研究者主张我国要建立生态旅游标准体系并推行生态旅游的认证工作，对此进行了不懈的努力。这其中，有直接介绍与引进国际通行生态旅游标准，更多的是结合中国实际，从体现标准的可操作性和针对性出发，建立国家和地方层面的生态旅游评价与认证体系，以保证生态旅游产品与游客的期待一致。由于生态旅游有特定的旅游对象与要求，加上对生态旅游内涵存在滥用、误用以及泛化现象，以至于对生态旅游的开发、运行的管理产生误导，所以在发展过程中容易出现或碰到一些问题，存在一些负面影响。生态旅游作为一种可持续旅游的新形式，，在近几年迅速发展起来，生态旅游标准可以规范生态旅游发展。目前虽然不少学者都已经提出我国在生态旅游认证上晚于国外，但从根本上解决这种现状的研究还是很少，如何建立我国生态旅游标准的问题仍需深刻探讨，而基于国际生态旅游标准下的生态管理行为，也凸显重要性。本文主要从生态旅游的研究着手，分析与旅游产业生态化相关的四个理论即人类生态学理论、循环经济理论、清洁生产理论及产业生态化理论，对国内外生态旅游标准进行研究分析，并总结出对我国旅游产业生态化建设的启示作用。探讨生态管理与旅游产业生态化管理的内涵，研究旅游产业生态化管理的内容，构建旅游产业生态化管理系统，揭示旅游产业生态化管理的重要作用，分析旅游产业生态化管理的表现形式，从而提出旅游产业生态化管理的措施。最后以云南石林旅游区为实证，分析石林旅游区生态化发展状况，阐述石林旅游产业生态化面临的问题，明确石林产业生态化管理的目标和任务，在国际生态旅游标准的基础下对石林旅游产业生态化管理提出对策。
[Abstract]:The development of tourism will improve the employment opportunities of our country, promote the comprehensive benefit of our country, improve the quality of the people, and spread the achievements of the advanced culture and civilization of the Chinese nation. Promoting the construction of a harmonious society has a positive role. At present, our country is in the period of new industrialization, rapid development of urbanization, steady progress of comprehensive reform, sustained economic and social development, and constantly improving the comprehensive national strength of our country. The continuous growth of consumer demand has created a new opportunity for the development of tourism. At the same time, the market environment is complex and changeable, and the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Maintain the rapid growth of the tourism market, such as increasing difficulties and new challenges. In order to help consumers identify the true ecotourism, many researchers advocate that our country should establish a standard system of ecotourism and promote the certification of ecotourism, and make unremitting efforts. There is a direct introduction and introduction of international ecotourism standards, more in combination with the reality of China, from the embodiment of the standards of operability and pertinence, the establishment of national and local ecotourism evaluation and certification system. In order to ensure that ecotourism products and tourists expect the same. Because ecotourism has specific tourism objects and requirements, coupled with the connotation of eco-tourism abuse, misuse and generalization phenomenon. So it is misleading to the development and management of ecotourism, so it is easy to appear or encounter some problems in the process of development, and there are some negative effects. As a new form of sustainable tourism, ecotourism is a new form of sustainable tourism. In recent years, the rapid development of ecotourism standards can regulate the development of ecotourism. Although many scholars have proposed that the certification of ecotourism in China is later than abroad. However, there is little research on how to solve this situation fundamentally. The problem of how to establish the ecotourism standard of our country still needs to be deeply discussed, and the ecological management behavior based on the international ecotourism standard also highlights the importance. This paper mainly starts with the research of eco-tourism, and analyzes the four theories related to ecologicalization of tourism industry, namely, human ecology theory, circular economy theory, cleaner production theory and industrial ecologicalization theory. This paper studies and analyzes the standards of ecotourism at home and abroad, and summarizes the enlightenments to the ecologicalization construction of tourism industry in China, and probes into the connotation of ecological management and ecologicalization management of tourism industry. This paper studies the content of ecological management of tourism industry, constructs ecological management system of tourism industry, reveals the important role of ecological management of tourism industry, and analyzes the manifestation of ecological management of tourism industry. Finally, the paper analyzes the development situation of the ecologicalization of stone forest tourism area, and expounds the problems facing the ecologicalization of stone forest tourism industry by taking Yunnan stone forest tourism area as an example. The aim and task of ecologicalization management of stone forest industry are defined, and the countermeasures are put forward on the basis of international ecotourism standard.
