城市工业用地置换研究进展

【摘要】：随着城市职能的转换及产业结构的调整,原有的城市工业布局已经不能满足城市今后发展的需要,工业企业纷纷选择迁移、转职或倒闭,使得城市面临工业用地置换问题。在此背景下,开展对工业用地置换的研究异常重要。基于此,本文在分析与其相关的理论进展的基础上梳理了近年来关于工业用地置换的相关研究,发现:我国对工业区转型的研究较多,而以用地置换为视角的研究成果相对较少。且与西方国家相比,其研究并没有形成系统的理论基础,老工业区转型的理论和模型研究相对匮乏。同时,在工业遗址的开发再利用过程中,对工业区的历史和人文因素关注较少。
[Abstract]:With the transformation of urban functions and the adjustment of industrial structure, the original urban industrial layout has been unable to meet the needs of the future development of the city, industrial enterprises have chosen to move, transfer or close down. Under this background, it is very important to carry out the research on industrial land replacement. Based on the analysis of the related theoretical progress, this paper combs the related research on industrial land replacement in recent years, and finds that there are more researches on industrial zone transformation in China. Compared with the western countries, the research has not formed a systematic theoretical basis, the theory and model of the transformation of the old industrial zone is relatively scarce. At the same time. In the process of exploitation and reuse of industrial sites, little attention has been paid to the historical and cultural factors of the industrial areas.
