青岛市物流公交化创新模式研究

【摘要】：当前,随着世界经济一体化和全球技术革新步伐进一步加快,人们的生活方式和消费观念发生了巨大转变,网上交易日益频繁,带动物流需求呈现出爆炸式增长,服务范围从生产领域逐渐拓展到了生活领域的各个方面,人们更加关注物流的经济性、便捷性和绿色性,对物流业提出了更高的要求,尤其是城市物流。虽然我国早已提出节能减排、可持续发展、和谐社会等一系列与时俱进的发展理念,各大城市也纷纷采取措施整治城市物流,但是城市物流仍然存在众多现实问题急待解决,如竞争市场不规范、运输效率低下、客户满意度不高、资源浪费和环境污染等。基于此,文章以青岛市为研究对象,运用查阅文献、实地访谈和问卷调查等方法展开研究。通过系统剖析青岛市物流业的总体发展水平、基础设施建设情况、需求市场、经营主体和存在问题,创新性提出了“城市物流公交化”模式,并从概念界定、业务内容、理论基础和实践基础、模式优势和需求市场五个方面合理阐述了“城市物流公交化”模式,从设计宗旨、系统构成和运作流程三个方面对青岛市物流公交化模式进行了系统设计,重点在于硬件设施的设计和智能信息系统的构建,之后将其与两种同质业务模式对比,展现其模式设计的优越性和合理性。文章最后对“城市物流公交化”未来可能的研究和应用前景做了展望。
[Abstract]:At present, with the world economic integration and the pace of global technological innovation further accelerated, people's way of life and consumption concept has undergone a huge change, online transactions are becoming more and more frequent. Driving logistics demand shows explosive growth, the scope of services from the production field gradually expanded to all aspects of life, people pay more attention to the economy of logistics, convenience and green. The logistics industry has put forward higher requirements, especially urban logistics. Although our country has already put forward a series of energy saving and emission reduction, sustainable development, harmonious society and a series of development concepts with the times. Major cities have also taken measures to rectify urban logistics, but there are still many practical problems to be solved urgently, such as non-standard competitive market, low transport efficiency and low customer satisfaction. Based on this, this paper takes Qingdao as the research object, and uses reference documents. Through the systematic analysis of the overall development level of logistics industry in Qingdao, infrastructure construction, demand market, the main business and existing problems. Innovatively put forward the "urban logistics transit" model, and from the definition of concept, business content, theoretical and practical basis, model advantages and demand market five aspects of the "urban logistics transit" model. From the design purpose, system composition and operation process of Qingdao logistics transit mode system design, the emphasis is on the design of hardware facilities and the construction of intelligent information system. Then the paper compares it with two homogeneous business models to show the superiority and rationality of its pattern design. Finally, the paper looks forward to the possible research and application prospect of "urban logistics transit" in the future.
