【摘要】:在2013年整个国家经济增速持续放缓大背景下,钢铁制造行业经营状况不断恶化,,并且殃及到众多钢铁物流企业。在行业形势短期内难以发生根本性逆转的情况下,大汉钢铁物流该如何定位自己的发展战略,本文将结合钢铁物流、战略管理、企业及行业实际情况提出适合企业的发展战略。 首先,论文对企业发展战略相关的理论进行了回顾与总结,重点对迈克尔·波特的竞争战略模型等企业战略分析工具进行了介绍和说明。紧接着对企业所处的钢铁物流行业的现状、发展趋势及竞争格局进行了分析。通过对外部环境的分析得出中国传统钢贸企业将随着钢铁物流领域国际领先企业的进入及钢铁制造企业对流通加工配送领域的重视而逐步发展成以为终端客户提供一站式钢材供应解决方案为主体的钢材流通加工物流服务企业。论文从迈克尔·波特竞争战略的五力模型对大汉钢铁物流自身的所具备的要素能力进行综合分析,利用SWOT分析工具进行匹配并对密集成长型战略、一体化战略、多元化战略进行比较后,提出大汉钢铁物流新的发展战略思路。最后,论文从组织结构、人力资源、经营及财务管理能力等各方面提出了相应的保障措施,提出了将“贸易”、“钢筋深加工”、“钢铁物流园建设运营”三个板块有机组合最大限度地转化为企业整体竞争优势,并形成核心竞争力,保证企业战略的有效实施。 本研究认为,大汉物流应从原始粗犷的贸易模式向钢铁物流综合服务型企业转变,即通过物流综合服务延伸进而实现客户价值的增值从而实现企业的稳妥战略转型。
[Abstract]:In 2013, the whole national economic growth rate continued to slow down under the background, the iron and steel manufacturing industry business situation continues to deteriorate. And affecting many iron and steel logistics enterprises. In the industry situation in the short term it is difficult to reverse the situation of iron and steel logistics how to position their own development strategy this paper will be combined with iron and steel logistics strategic management. The actual situation of the enterprise and the industry puts forward the development strategy suitable for the enterprise. First of all, the paper reviews and summarizes the related theories of enterprise development strategy. Focus on Michael Porter's competitive strategy model and other enterprise strategy analysis tools are introduced and explained, followed by the enterprise in the steel logistics industry status. The development trend and competition pattern are analyzed. Through the analysis of external environment, it is concluded that China's traditional steel trade enterprises will follow the entry of international leading enterprises in the field of iron and steel logistics and the distribution of steel manufacturing enterprises to the field of circulation processing and distribution. Focus on and gradually develop into the end customer to provide a one-stop steel supply solutions for the main steel circulation logistics service enterprises. This paper from Michael Porter competitive strategy of the five-force model from the Han iron and steel logistics. The ability of the elements of the body to conduct a comprehensive analysis. Using SWOT analysis tools to match and compare the dense growth strategy, integration strategy, diversification strategy, put forward a new development strategy of iron and steel logistics. Finally, the paper from the organizational structure. Human resources, management and financial management ability and other aspects put forward the corresponding safeguards, put forward the "trade", "steel bar deep processing". The organic combination of "the construction and operation of iron and steel logistics park" can be transformed into the overall competitive advantage of the enterprise to the maximum extent, and form the core competitiveness to ensure the effective implementation of the enterprise strategy. This study believes that the Han logistics should change from the primitive rough trade model to the iron and steel logistics integrated service enterprises. Namely through the logistics comprehensive service extension then realizes the customer value increment thus realizes the enterprise's safe strategy transformation.
