【摘要】：城镇化是一个社会中农业现代化和社会工业化的重要标志，也是经济社会发展中的必然趋势。由于二十一世纪我国城镇化水平已经进入了快速发展阶段，现如今我国重要的发展任务之一便是推进城镇化的发展。2013年青岛市城镇化率为67.72%。随着时间的推移，青岛市城镇化水平不断提高，城市吸纳人口的能力不断增强；城乡产业结构和城镇体系不断优化，城镇经济实力明显增强，一体化格局初步形成；基础设施不断完善，城镇交通、垃圾处理、供热、污水处理、燃气、道路等市政基础设施不断加快建设进度，城镇的承载能力显著加强。随着青岛市的发展，尤其是在我国加大力度发展城镇化的背景之下，城镇化的建设对青岛市尤为重要。本文分析研究了青岛市城镇化发展的现状，总结之前学者的研究和分析，采用理论分析与实证分析相结合的方法研究青岛市各个主要城镇化影响因素及指标与城镇化率之间的关系，分析影响青岛市城镇化进程发展的主要因素。在此分析基础上，结合青岛市城镇化的发展现状，最终提出若干合理地提高青岛市城镇化水平的建议，具体有：稳妥推进基本公共服务常住人口全覆盖、构建人口城镇化导向的城镇建设管理规范、构建产城融合的人口就近城镇化格局、全面推进户籍制度综合配套改革等等。文章分为六个章节。第一章统领全文，主要论述了研究目的、意义、研究的主要内容和思路以及研究方法等；第二章是对城镇化相关概念的论述以及对国内外研究的理论综述，介绍了城镇化发展的动力机制、城镇化水平测度以及国内外的研究成果，是本文所做研究的重要参考；第三章介绍了青岛市城镇化发展现状及存在的主要问题，简要介绍了青岛市城镇化发展概况及发展特点，并对发展过程中存在的问题予以阐述；第四章建立影响青岛市城镇化发展因素评价指标体系，对青岛市城镇化水平进行了综合测度，将青岛市与其他地区、青岛市不同地区的城镇化水平差异做出了对比分析；第五章明确了促进青岛市城镇化发展的总体思路与途径，根据前面章节的分析结果，结合青岛市城镇化发展的实际现状，，制定了具体的改进措施；第六章总结概括全文，同时对青岛市未来城镇化发展道路做出展望。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is an important symbol of agricultural modernization and social industrialization in a society, as well as an inevitable trend in economic and social development. In 2013, the urbanization rate of Qingdao is 67.72. With the passage of time, the urbanization level of Qingdao has been improved. The ability of cities to absorb the population is increasing; The industrial structure of urban and rural areas and the urban system have been continuously optimized, the economic strength of cities and towns has been obviously strengthened, and the pattern of integration has been initially formed; Infrastructure continues to improve, urban traffic, waste disposal, heating, sewage treatment, gas, roads and other municipal infrastructure to accelerate the pace of construction, the urban load capacity significantly strengthened. With the development of Qingdao. Especially under the background that our country strengthens the development of urbanization, the construction of urbanization is particularly important to Qingdao. This paper analyzes and studies the current situation of urbanization in Qingdao, summarizes the previous research and analysis of scholars. Using the method of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to study the relationship between the main factors and indicators of urbanization and urbanization rate in Qingdao. This paper analyzes the main factors that affect the development of urbanization in Qingdao. On the basis of the analysis, combined with the present situation of urbanization in Qingdao, some suggestions are put forward to improve the urbanization level of Qingdao. The concrete ones are: to advance the basic public service permanent population full coverage, to construct the urban construction management standard guided by population urbanization, and to construct the pattern of population urbanization in the vicinity of the integrated population. We will comprehensively promote the comprehensive reform of the household registration system and so on. The article is divided into six chapters. The first chapter leads the full text, mainly discusses the purpose, significance, the main contents and ideas of the study, as well as research methods; The second chapter is the related concepts of urbanization and the theoretical review of domestic and foreign research, introduced the dynamic mechanism of urbanization development, urbanization level measurement and domestic and foreign research results. It is an important reference for the research in this paper. The third chapter introduces the present situation and main problems of urbanization in Qingdao, briefly introduces the general situation and characteristics of urbanization in Qingdao, and expounds the existing problems in the process of development. Chapter 4th establishes the evaluation index system of the factors affecting the development of urbanization in Qingdao, and comprehensively measures the urbanization level of Qingdao. The differences of urbanization level in different areas of Qingdao are compared and analyzed. Chapter 5th defines the general ideas and ways to promote the development of urbanization in Qingdao, according to the analysis results of the previous chapters, combined with the actual situation of urbanization development in Qingdao, formulated specific improvement measures; Chapter 6th summarizes the full text, at the same time the future development of urbanization in Qingdao to make a prospect.
