我国高校标准化人才培养现状及对策

【摘要】：针对我国高校标准化人才培养起步晚、基础薄弱、培养模式欠科学等特点,开展了国内外标准化人才培养模式调研。研究显示,国外对标准化教育非常重视,已经形成了具自身特点的一整套标准化人才培养模式。基于我国高校标准化人才培养现状,借鉴国外标准化人才培养模式,提出了适合我国高校特点的标准化人才培养对策:推进MOT教育,加强同行业协会的合作,加强同政府、企业的合作,引进优秀师资,开展标准化学习班,大力开展第二学士学位标准化人才培养。
[Abstract]:In view of the characteristics of standardized talent training in colleges and universities in China, such as late start, weak foundation and unscientific training mode, the research on the training mode of standardized talents at home and abroad shows that foreign countries attach great importance to standardization education. Has formed its own characteristics of a set of standardized talent training model. Based on the status quo of standardized talent training in Chinese colleges and universities, learn from the foreign standardized talent training model. This paper puts forward the countermeasures of training standardized talents suitable for the characteristics of colleges and universities in our country: to promote the MOT education, to strengthen the cooperation of the same trade associations, to strengthen the cooperation with the government and enterprises, to introduce excellent teachers, and to carry out standardization classes. Vigorously develop the second bachelor degree standardized personnel training.
