【摘要】:随着改革开放的不断深入,现代科技的快速发展,企业外部的经营环境变得复杂多变,企业面临了更多的挑战。为了应对外部环境的变化,“打铁还需自身硬”,企业必须加强自身的实力的提升,唯有如此才能立于不败之地。在对企业进行实力提升的过程中,业务流程由于其像血管一样贯穿于企业的整个运营管理的过程中,所以对业务流程进行调整是必然的。对业务流程进行调整的理论有很多,业务流程再造理论强调变革的彻底性和完全性,业务流程优化理论强调优化的渐进性,采用温和的循序渐进的方法进行调整。 基于这种背景,本文结合中国企业业务流程调整的实际情况,业务流程优化的渐进性更加符合中国企业的实际,并就业务流程优化设计进行了深入的分析和研究。本文在全面分析总结业务流程优化理论的基础上,提出了业务流程优化设计的三步法,首先进行需优化业务流程的选择,其次进行业务流程的优化设计,最后对优化后的流程进行模糊综合评价,得出各方人员对业务流程优化的满意度,并总结优化流程的效果,并采用PDCA循环,不断的进行优化再设计。以物质公司为具体实例,对其的业务流程进行三步法的设计研究,最后得出业务流程优化设计三步法的可操作性。业务流程优化设计的三步法是以往流程优化设计研究方法的继承和发展,与它们一脉相承,为业务流程优化设计提供了一种新的方法和思路。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up, the rapid development of modern science and technology, the external business environment has become complex and changeable, enterprises are facing more challenges. In order to cope with the changes in the external environment. "still need their own hard", enterprises must strengthen their own strength, only in order to be invincible. In the process of upgrading the strength of the enterprise. Because business process runs through the whole operation management process like blood vessel, it is necessary to adjust business process. There are many theories about business process adjustment. The theory of business process reengineering emphasizes the thoroughness and completeness of change, and the theory of business process optimization emphasizes the gradual nature of optimization. Based on this background, this paper combined with the actual situation of business process adjustment in China, business process optimization is more consistent with the reality of Chinese enterprises. On the basis of comprehensive analysis and summary of the theory of business process optimization, a three-step method of business process optimization design is proposed. First of all, to optimize the selection of business processes, then to optimize the design of business processes, and finally to optimize the process of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, to obtain the satisfaction of all parties to the optimization of business processes. And summarize the effect of the optimization process, and use the PDCA cycle, continue to optimize the re-design. Take the material company as a specific example, the three-step design of the business process is studied. Finally, it is concluded that the three-step method of business process optimization design is operable. The three-step method of business process optimization design is the inheritance and development of previous research methods of process optimization design, and it is in the same line with them. It provides a new method and train of thought for business process optimization design.
