基于数字化城市管理理论的城市基础设施运营管理问题研究

【摘要】：城市基础设施是城市发展的基础,是构建城市竞争力的重要内容。随着我国国民经济的不断发展和人民生活水平的不断提高,城市居民对城市基础设施的运营管理水平提出了更高的要求。而在数字城市背景下,大力引进先进技术方法运用到城市基础设施管理中,可以使城市管理更精细化、智能化,从而达到满足城市居民生活在城市对城市基础设施的需求。新技术新方法的引入,是加快我国城市发展和城市化进程的迫切需要。在此背景下,今后我国城市基础设施的建设和运营管理就必须结合数字城市管理内容采取改进和创新,才能更好地满足城市公共需求的变化。本研究是在现代城市管理和数字城市管理相关理论的基础上,结合我国城市基础设施运营管理现状及存在问题,针对基于数字城市管理理论的城市基础设施运营管理中技术应用及优势进行分析,并结合实际问题提出了对策建议。其中,在城市基础设施引进使用先进技术方面采用国内与国外进行对比分析,总结国内外在城市基础设施建设运营管理中先进经验和政策实施。最后,在南宁城市管道燃气运营管理案例分析中,以数字城市管理为背景,分析相关运营管理模式、数字智能系统和视屏监控技术应用等情况,以小见大提出对整个城市基础设施运营管理有价值的对策建议。
[Abstract]:Urban infrastructure is the foundation of urban development and the important content of constructing city competitiveness. With the development of national economy and the improvement of people's living standard in China. Urban residents put forward higher requirements for the level of operation and management of urban infrastructure. In the context of digital cities, the introduction of advanced technology and methods into urban infrastructure management. It can make the city management more refined and intelligent, so as to meet the needs of urban residents living in the city for urban infrastructure. New technology and new methods are introduced. It is an urgent need to speed up the process of urban development and urbanization in China. Under this background, the construction and operation management of urban infrastructure must be improved and innovated in combination with the content of digital city management in the future. In order to better meet the changes of urban public demand, this study is based on the theory of modern urban management and digital city management, combined with the current situation and existing problems of urban infrastructure management in China. This paper analyzes the technology application and advantages of urban infrastructure operation management based on digital city management theory, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions in combination with practical problems. In the introduction and use of advanced technology in urban infrastructure domestic and foreign comparative analysis of domestic and foreign advanced experience and policy implementation in the operation of urban infrastructure construction and management. In the case analysis of Nanning city pipeline gas operation management, this paper analyzes the related operation management mode, digital intelligent system and video monitor technology application with the background of digital city management. A small part shows that the whole city infrastructure operation and management put forward valuable countermeasures and suggestions.
