汽车物流服务供应链功能型物流供应商选择研究

【摘要】:随着近几年我国汽车市场的迅猛发展,汽车制造厂商为扩大规模,专注于核心竞争力的发展,急需寻找专业化的第三方物流服务商为其提供专业化的物流服务。汽车物流是国际物流公认最复杂最具专业性的领域,相对与欧美国家,我国第三方物流起步晚、专业化程度,成长性成为制约我国第三方物流发展的瓶颈。最近几年在国内外兴起的物流服务供应链(LSSC)理论为我国第三方物流企业资源整合提供了一条新思路:由较好资质的第三方物流企业整合社会上优质的功能型物流供应商,打造以功能型物流供应商—物流服务集成商—客户为主体的物流运作模式,共同为客户提供全方位一体化的物流服务。其中功能型物流供应商主要是指提供传统的运输、仓储等单一的物流服务供应商,物流服务集成商通过整合社会资源扩大物流服务网络覆盖范围、提高市场竞争力。 本文第一章介绍了研究背景和意义;第二章首先分析了我国第三方物流的现状,指出第三方物流企业整合社会资源的必要性;接着分析了传统汽车物流运作模式的缺陷,提出汽车LSSC运作模式,以汽车零部件物流运作为例,对比分析了汽车LSSC模式的优势;第三章基于物流集成商的角度研究在LSSC构建过程中对功能型物流供应商的选择,通过对选择方法的对比研究,提出基于双层规划的汽车LSSC功能型物流企业的选择模型。在建立模型之前,通过建立综合服务能力评价指标体系计算各物流服务供应商的综合服务能力,为模型做数据准备:通过对文献的总结,结合汽车产业的运作特点,提出汽车物流服务供应商应具备的能力和特性,通过调查问卷、专家打分的方式对初选指标进行筛选,构建物流服务供应商综合服务能力评价指标体系;运用AHP和熵权法分别计算指标体系准则层和指标层权重,结合候选企业的具体数据计算其综合服务能力。第四章从成本最低和综合服务能力最高两方面考虑建立双层规划模型,运用遗传算法求解模型,将各企业的综合服务能力指数带入模型求解,计算出近似全局最优结果。并设计算法验证方法的可行性。 本文采用定性分析和定量计算相结合的方法,对上述模型中功能型物流服务供应商选择问题进行建模和算例分析验证,模型的构建符合科学决策的思想。本文将LSSC模式与具体的汽车产业相结合研究,为第三方汽车物流企业低成本快速成长提供了一条捷径,,对集成商选择功能型物流供应商的选择具有一定的参考作用。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of China's automobile market in recent years, automobile manufacturers focus on the development of core competitiveness in order to expand the scale. The automobile logistics is recognized as the most complex and professional field in international logistics, which is relatively with the European and American countries. The third party logistics of our country starts late, specialization degree. Growth has become a bottleneck restricting the development of third party logistics in China. The logistics service supply chain (LSSCs), which rose in recent years at home and abroad, has become a bottleneck for the development of third-party logistics in China. The theory provides a new idea for the resource integration of the third party logistics enterprises in our country: the better qualified third party logistics enterprises integrate the high quality functional logistics suppliers in the society. To create a functional logistics provider-logistics service integrator-customer as the main logistics operation model. Together to provide customers with comprehensive integrated logistics services, including functional logistics suppliers mainly refers to the provision of traditional transportation, warehousing and other single logistics service providers. Logistics service integrators expand the coverage of logistics service network by integrating social resources to improve market competitiveness. The first chapter introduces the research background and significance. The second chapter firstly analyzes the current situation of the third party logistics in China and points out the necessity of the third party logistics enterprises to integrate the social resources. Then it analyzes the defects of the traditional automobile logistics operation mode, and puts forward the automobile LSSC operation mode. Taking the automobile parts logistics operation as an example, the advantages of the automobile LSSC mode are compared and analyzed. The third chapter studies the selection of functional logistics suppliers in the process of LSSC construction based on the perspective of logistics integrators, through the comparative study of the selection methods. The selection model of automobile LSSC functional logistics enterprises based on double-level programming is proposed. Before the establishment of the model, the comprehensive service capability of each logistics service provider is calculated through the establishment of comprehensive service capability evaluation index system. Data preparation for the model: through the summary of the literature, combined with the operating characteristics of the automotive industry, put forward the automotive logistics service providers should have the ability and characteristics, through the questionnaire. The evaluation index system of logistics service provider's comprehensive service ability is constructed by selecting the primary index in the way of experts' scoring. AHP and entropy weight method are used to calculate the weight of index system criterion layer and index layer respectively. Combined with the specific data of candidate enterprises to calculate their comprehensive service capability. Chapter 4th from the lowest cost and the highest comprehensive service ability to establish a bilevel programming model using genetic algorithm to solve the model. The comprehensive service capability index of each enterprise is brought into the model to calculate the approximate global optimal result and the algorithm is designed to verify the feasibility of the method. In this paper, qualitative analysis and quantitative calculation are used to model and verify the problem of functional logistics service supplier selection in the above model. The construction of the model accords with the idea of scientific decision-making. This paper combines the LSSC model with the specific automobile industry to provide a shortcut for the rapid growth of third-party automobile logistics enterprises at low cost. It has certain reference function for the integrator to select the functional logistics supplier.
