O2O模式下传统零售企业物流网络路径规划研究

【摘要】:电子商务与传统零售不可能完全的相互替代,两者的融合发展成为现代零售的新趋势。O2O模式(Online to Offline)恰是一种将线上线下融合的创新模式,本文将传统零售企业的转型与O2O模式结合起来,充分利用传统零售线下的优势发展电子商务。目前物流问题依然是传统零售企业转型的重点和难点,结合O2O模式的思想,本文试图利用传统零售企业实体店遍布全国的优势,构建以实体店为核心的物流网络,并进行系统的路径规划研究,为当下我国传统零售企业的转型以及物流网络的优化提供新的解决思路。 首先,系统的回顾了国内外相关学者在传统零售企业转型、物流网络路径规划以及物流网络服务能力确定等方面的研究成果,分析了目前传统零售企业物流网络路径规划的突出问题,进而确定了本文的研究思路和重点。 其次,对传统零售企业转型进行了可行性和必要性分析,进而提出了以实体店为核心的物流网络的总体框架以及实施过程,明晰了物流网络各个模块的任务分工,并对物流网络的重点模块进行了系统性的分析,详细优化了O2O模式下的物流网络的运作流程。 再次,鉴于时间已经成为传统零售企业线上化树立品牌的关键,,构建了物流网络路径选择模型,设计了改进的Dijkstra算法,提高了求解的准确性。同时针对中转网点,构建了最优服务能力的测度模型,确定了企业中转网点最优的服务能力。 最后,通过算例验证了物流网络路径选择模型以及最优服务能力测度模型的可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:E-commerce and traditional retail can not completely replace each other. The integration of the two has become a new trend of modern retail. The online to offline model is just an innovative model that integrates online and offline. This paper combines the transformation of traditional retail enterprises with the mode of O _ 2O, and makes full use of the advantages of the traditional retail line to develop e-commerce. At present, the logistics problem is still the focus and difficulty of the transformation of traditional retail enterprises. Combined with the O _ 2O model, this paper attempts to make use of the advantages of the traditional retail enterprises physical stores all over the country, build a physical store as the core of the logistics network, and carry out a systematic path planning research. It provides a new solution for the transformation of traditional retail enterprises and the optimization of logistics network. First of all, the domestic and foreign scholars in the traditional retail enterprises transformation, logistics network path planning and logistics network service capacity determination and other aspects of research results. This paper analyzes the prominent problems of the traditional retail enterprises' logistics network path planning, and then determines the research ideas and emphases of this paper. Secondly, it analyzes the feasibility and necessity of the transformation of traditional retail enterprises, and then puts forward the overall framework and implementation process of logistics network with physical stores as the core. The task division of each module of logistics network is clarified, the key modules of logistics network are systematically analyzed, and the operation flow of logistics network under O _ 2O mode is optimized in detail. Thirdly, in view of the time has become the key to establish brand online in traditional retail enterprises, a logistics network path selection model is constructed, and an improved Dijkstra algorithm is designed. At the same time, the measurement model of the optimal service capacity is constructed for the transit network, and the optimal service capability of the enterprise transit network is determined. Finally, the feasibility and validity of the path selection model and the optimal service capability measurement model of the logistics network are verified by an example.
