S公司华东分拨中心选址项目研究

【摘要】:S公司是一家主要经营国际、国内速递及报关、报检等业务的快递企业,主要依靠航空方式运输快递包裹,其自有航空公司也于2009年12月正式开航。2011年,S公司因整体业务发展需要,决定于华东地区选址新建分拨中心,主要承担华东与其他大区之间的快件分拨中转,需在9个备选场址中选择最优场址。 本文中,作者完成的工作主要如下: (1)数学方法应用前的基础工作 经需求分析,通过备选场址参数的收集,为数学方法的应用提供必须的输入信息。同时,为避免冗余计算量,对备选场址进行定量筛选,对明显不符合要求的备选场址予以剔除。 (2)分析得出评价指标体系递阶结构 分析分拨中心选址需考虑的因素,确保因素选择的约束性,将这些因素转化为评价指标,从而建立评价指标体系递阶结构,并明确该指标体系的适用范围。 (3)确定分拨中心选址模型的指标权重 通过发放问卷、综合专家的意见,通过层次分析法演算最终确定各指标的权重,形成完整的分拨中心选址评级指标体系。 (4)最佳场址的评判确定 运用模糊综合评判法,对备选方案进行综合评判。评判过程中,定性指标部分由有经验的专家打分确定,定量指标通过无量纲化处理以及隶属度判断加以转化,以便统一评判,由此计算出各场址基于评价指标体系的得分,确定最佳场址。 通过对S公司华东分拨中心选址项目加以研究,应用层次分析、模糊综合评判等方法,实践性地总结了快递行业场站选址目前存在的共性问题,对国内快递行业科学决策有着相应的启发性,对快递业提升科学应用水平、实施精细化经营是有益的。同时,分拨中心选址评价指标体系的得出,也为S公司提供了选址决策的范式工具,对提升S公司选址决策的科学性、进而提升经营管理水平都是有利的。
[Abstract]:S company is a major international, domestic express delivery and customs declaration, inspection and other business express enterprises, mainly rely on air transport express packages. Its own airline also officially set sail on December 2009. In 2011, due to the needs of the overall business development, the company decided to choose a new distribution center in East China. It mainly undertakes the transfer of express service between East China and other regions, and it needs to select the optimal site among 9 alternative sites. In this paper, the main work accomplished by the author is as follows: 1) basic work before the application of mathematical methods Through the requirement analysis, the necessary input information is provided for the application of mathematical method through the collection of the parameters of the alternative site. At the same time, in order to avoid the redundant computation, the quantitative screening of the alternative site is carried out. The removal of candidate sites that are manifestly incompatible with the requirements. The hierarchical structure of evaluation index system is obtained by analysis. This paper analyzes the factors that need to be considered in the location of distribution center, ensures the constraint of factor selection, converts these factors into evaluation indexes, and establishes the hierarchical structure of the evaluation index system, and clarifies the scope of application of the index system. 3) determining the index weight of distribution center location model By issuing questionnaires and synthesizing the opinions of experts, the weight of each index is determined through the calculation of analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and a complete index system of distribution center location and rating is formed. 4) determination of the best site The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the alternatives. In the process of evaluation, the qualitative index is determined by the experienced experts. The quantitative index is transformed by dimensionless treatment and membership judgment in order to unify the evaluation. The score of each site based on the evaluation index system is calculated and the best site is determined. Through the research on the location of East China Divisional Center of S Company, applying the methods of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, this paper summarizes the common problems existing in the site selection of express delivery industry. It has the corresponding enlightenment to the domestic express industry science decision, promotes the science application level to the express delivery industry, implements the fine management is beneficial. At the same time, distributes the center location appraisal index system to obtain. It also provides S company with a paradigm tool for location decision, which is beneficial to enhance the scientific nature of S company location decision and further enhance the level of management.
