全球价值链分工体系下我国出口贸易技术外溢效应分析

【摘要】:第二次世界大战以来,新科技革命和社会生产力发展到一个更高水平,使得产品的生产环节能够分散地跨越国家进行。同时在世界贸易组织的推动下,贸易壁垒和外国资本投资的限制逐渐降低和减少,这些都为全球价值链的产生和发展提供了制度保障。全球价值链分工体系的形成和发展,逐渐改变着世界经济,使中间产品贸易更加频繁。此外,在全球价值链分工体系下,以往一国“生产+出口”的国际分工模式,转变成为“进口(外包)+生产+出口”的模式。 本文首先分析了全球价值链分工产生的背景、特征以及我国参与全球价值链分工的情况。然后,阐述了全球价值链分工体系下出口贸易技术外溢机制。最后,建立计量模型,分别从全国层面和行业层面,对我国出口贸易技术外溢效应进行实证分析。得出的结论如下:(1)全球价值链分工体系中包含三个分工层次,分别为技术环节、生产环节和市场环节,而我国在全球价值链分工中主要从事的是附加值最低的生产环节,参与的形式以加工贸易形式为主;(2)全国层面模型显示我国出口贸易水平技术外溢效应不显著,垂直技术外溢效应显著,行业层面模型的回归结果表明,出口贸易水平技术外溢效应显著,同时通过中间产品和价值链向后连接所产生的垂直溢出效应明显;(3)出口流向实证结果显示,测量水平溢出效应的系数则只有出口到美国的在1%的显著性水平下显著,说明我国对美国的出口贸易会产生水平溢出效应;而测量垂直溢出效应的系数只有出口到美国和日本的在1%的显著性水平下显著,表明我国对美国和日本的出口贸易会产生垂直溢出效应。
[Abstract]:Since the second World War, the new scientific and technological revolution and social productive forces have developed to a higher level, enabling the production of products to spread across the country. At the same time, under the impetus of the World Trade Organization. Trade barriers and restrictions on foreign capital investment have been gradually reduced, all of which provide institutional guarantee for the emergence and development of global value chain, and the formation and development of the division of labor system of global value chain. Gradually changing the world economy, making the intermediate product trade more frequent. In addition, under the global value chain division of labor system, a country in the past "production and export" international division of labor model. Change to the mode of "import (outsourcing) production and export". This paper first analyzes the background and characteristics of the global value chain division of labor, as well as China's participation in the global value chain division of labor. Then, it expounds the export trade technology spillover mechanism under the global value chain division system. The econometric model is established to analyze the spillover effect of export trade technology from the national level and the industry level respectively. The conclusion is as follows: 1) the division system of global value chain includes three levels of division of labor. It is the technical link, the production link and the market link, while our country is mainly engaged in the lowest value-added production link in the global value chain division of labor, and the form of participation is mainly in the form of processing trade. 2) the national level model shows that the technology spillover effect of export level is not significant, the vertical technology spillover effect is significant, and the regression result of the industry level model shows that the export trade level technology spillover effect is significant. At the same time, the vertical spillover effect caused by backward connection of intermediate product and value chain is obvious. 3) the empirical results of export flow show that the coefficient of horizontal spillover effect measured to the United States is significant only at the significant level of 1%, indicating that China's export trade to the United States will produce horizontal spillover effect. The coefficient of vertical spillover effect is only significant at the level of 1% for exports to the United States and Japan, indicating that China's export trade to the United States and Japan will have a vertical spillover effect.
