多项目关键链柔性资源配置模型及其算法研究

【摘要】:项目管理已成为一种有效管理技术和管理方式并越来越得到企业广泛应用,同时其研究及实践重心也开始从原来单项目管理向多项目管理转化。多项目管理被认为是21世纪一种全新管理方法而日益被企业所青睐。随着多项目管理理论与方法而日益发展,目前多项目资源配置特别是多项目关键链柔性资源配置显得更加重要并成为多项目管理领域研究热点。本文从项目族视角,以多项目关键链柔性资源配置为研究对象应用粒计算、云模型以及混合量子粒子群算法等理论和方法对多项目关键链柔性资源配置参数、多项目关键链柔性资源配置模型、多项目关键链柔性资源配置算法以及其鲁棒性等问题深入研究,论文主要研究内容、研究成果及其创新点包含如下几个方面:从项目族视角,在多项目管理理论与方法以及工作分解结构研究基础上构建多项目工作分解结构GWBS模型;然后通过多项目关键链柔性资源理论研究在GWBS模型上构建了多项目关键链柔性资源GBOR模型;GWBS模型以及GBOR模型的提出有效提高了柔性资源配置效率以及多项目管理水平;应用不确定性粒计算方法对多项目关键链柔性资源配置进行具体分析研究:基于模糊粗糙集的多项目关键链柔性资源配置,基于信息熵粗糙集的多项目关键链柔性资源配置,基于可调变精度粗糙集的多项目关键链柔性资源配置;同时提出了多项目关键链柔性资源属性定量测定方法;该研究成果可为多项目关键链柔性资源有效配置提供科学依据。在对多项目关键链柔性资源GBOR研究基础上设计了多项目关键链柔性资源参数及柔性资源缓冲,为多项目关键链柔性资源定量配置提供了条件;同时对多项目关键链柔性资源资源熵进行定量测定;论文在云模型基础上构建基于高斯分布的云模型,在基于云模型的多项目关键链柔性资源属性研究基础上应用高斯云模型对多项目关键链进行定量识别和测定研究,该研究成果为多项目关键链柔性资源有效配置提供前提条件以及重要基础。通过多项目理论与方法、关键链理论、多项目资源配置理论研究,在多项目关键链柔性资源配置问题及其特征参数研究基础上构建了基于多属性的多项目关键链柔性资源配置模型;同时在以上研究基础上应用学习效应理论构建了基于学习效应的多项目关键链柔性资源配置模型:基于Wright学习效应的多项目关键链柔性资源配置模型;基于Richard学习效应的多项目关键链柔性资源配置模型;基于Dejong学习效应的多项目关键链柔性资源配置模型以及基于混合学习算法的多项目关键链柔性资源配置模型并对其算例分析;该研究成果为多项目关键链柔性资源有效配置提供了理论基础以及实践依据。在区间优化算法理论、粒子群算法以及量子算法研究基础上提出了多目标区间粒子群算法以及基于云模型的混合量子粒子群算法;同时应用混合量子粒子群算法对多项目关键链柔性配置进行研究;在研究过程中结合多项目案例集进行资源配置仿真实验;然后对多项目关键链柔性资源配置模型及其算法进行鲁棒性研究;该研究成果可为多项目关键链柔性资源有效配置提供科学实现方法和实现条件,并且该研究成果能为多项目关键链柔性资源配置提供有效鲁棒性控制方法以及管理建议。本文研究既具有一定的理论价值又具有较强的现实意义,其研究价值主要体现在以下方面:通过多项目管理理论和方法研究基础上提出了GWBS模型以及GBOR模型为多项目关键链柔性资源有效配置提供了新的视角;通过多项目关键链柔性资源配置问题及其配置深入研究基础上构建了多项目关键链柔性资源配置理论模型为解决多项目关键链柔性资源配置问题提供了新的研究思路及新的理论基础;最后通过多项目关键链柔性资源配置新算法设计及其鲁棒性研究有效、科学地解决了多项目关键链柔性资源配置问题。
[Abstract]:Project management has become a kind of effective management technology and management mode is more and more widely used by enterprises, and its research and practice center also began to change from the original single project management to multi project management.
