供应链协同知识创新对供应链绩效的影响研究

【摘要】：在知识经济时代，知识创新已经成为供应链成员企业获得持续竞争优势的不竭动力，而供应链成员企业间的良好协同是供应链成员企业获得成功的重要基础，供应链协同知识创新有利于实现资源共享和优势互补。研究企业供应链协同知识创新的影响因素及其对供应链绩效的影响，为提高企业、产业、国家的知识创新能力提供了一种新的研究思路，对推动中国由制造大国向制造强国转变具有重要意义。本文结合知识创新理论、供应链协同理论与供应链协同知识创新理论，运用数学模型、实证分析与理论分析相结合的研究方法，对供应链协同知识创新与供应链绩效之间的关系进行了研究。主要研究结论如下： 1、通过构建一个由供应商和制造商组成的二级供应链系统中的知识创新模型，运用博弈理论和最优值理论，，发现制造商与供应商协同知识创新能使制造商、供应商、供应链系统的效益得到整体提高。 2、在对珠三角地区制造业企业的问卷调查的基础上，确定了供应链协同知识创新的影响因素，包含六大因子：知识创新水平、资源能力整合、供应链企业间关系、组织环境、集成机制和激励机制；供应链绩效包括供应链柔性、可持续发展能力与经济效益三大因子。 3、通过单因素方差分析说明企业性质对供应链协同知识创新各研究变量的影响程度，运用Pearson相关分析证实供应链协同知识创新的影响因素与供应链绩效之间具有显著相关性，在此基础上，采用多元回归分析发现：供应链协同知识创新的动因、条件对供应链经济效益、供应链柔性以及可持续发展能力都有正向影响，供应链协同知识创新的实施要素对供应链的柔性、可持续发展能力有正向影响。在研究结论的基础上，指出目前珠三角地区制造业企业实施供应链协同知识创新中存在的问题并给出相应的建议措施。
[Abstract]:In the era of knowledge economy, knowledge innovation has become an inexhaustible driving force for supply chain member enterprises to obtain sustainable competitive advantage, and good cooperation among supply chain member enterprises is an important foundation for supply chain member enterprises to obtain success. Supply chain collaborative knowledge innovation is conducive to the realization of resource sharing and complementary advantages. This paper studies the influencing factors of enterprise supply chain collaborative knowledge innovation and its impact on supply chain performance in order to improve enterprises and industries. The knowledge innovation ability of the country provides a new way of thinking, and it is of great significance to promote the transformation of China from a large manufacturing country to a manufacturing power. This paper combines the theory of knowledge innovation, the theory of supply chain collaboration and the theory of supply chain collaboration knowledge innovation, and applies the mathematical model, empirical analysis and theoretical analysis to combine the research method. The relationship between supply chain collaborative knowledge innovation and supply chain performance is studied. The main conclusions are as follows:. 1. By constructing a knowledge innovation model in a two-level supply chain system composed of suppliers and manufacturers, using game theory and optimal value theory, it is found that manufacturers and suppliers can cooperate with knowledge innovation to enable manufacturers and suppliers. The efficiency of the supply chain system has been improved as a whole. 2. Based on the questionnaire survey of manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region, the influencing factors of collaborative knowledge innovation in supply chain are determined, including the level of knowledge innovation, the integration of resource ability, the relationship between enterprises in supply chain, and the organizational environment. Supply chain performance includes supply chain flexibility, sustainable development ability and economic benefits. 3. The degree of influence of enterprise nature on collaborative knowledge innovation in supply chain is explained by single factor variance analysis. Pearson correlation analysis is used to prove that there is a significant correlation between supply chain collaborative knowledge innovation and supply chain performance. On this basis, it is found by multiple regression analysis that the motivation and conditions of collaborative knowledge innovation in supply chain have positive effects on supply chain economic benefit, supply chain flexibility and sustainable development ability. The implementation factors of supply chain collaborative knowledge innovation have a positive effect on supply chain flexibility and sustainable development ability. On the basis of the conclusion of the research, this paper points out the problems existing in the implementation of collaborative knowledge innovation in the supply chain of manufacturing enterprises in the Pearl River Delta region and puts forward the corresponding suggestions.
