【摘要】:社会的发展需要商品的流通,商品的流通必然产生物流,面对社会经济的高速发展,物流的重要性日渐凸显。在这样的经济背景下,物流企业喜逢蓬勃发展的春天,但也不断面临着困难和挑战。A公司作为物流企业中的一员,近几年业务得以快速发展,得益于此,许多技术能手走上了管理通道。在这个新的领域,他们付出辛勤的汗水与不懈的努力,但结果总不十分理想,尤为明显的挑战是中层管理者的领导力跟不上组织发展的需要。随着A公司业务规模的不断扩大,中层管理者所承担的责任及要求也越来越高,怎样才能成为一名优秀的中层管理者,成为组织的中坚力量,是极为迫切的问题。 本文以A公司为例对中层管理者领导力提升展开研究。全文共五章。第一章绪论,指出物流业的发展对中层管理者的领导力提出了更高的要求。第二章理论基础,介绍领导力和测评的相关理论,并从理论上研究基于测评的中层领导力提升方案设计的可行性。第三章中层管理者领导力现状,分析了A公司中层管理者领导力提升的必要性和迫切性。第四章中层领导力提升方案设计及实施,本文分别从公司层面的提升方案、个人层面的提升方案和方案成功的保障措施三部分来设计、探讨领导力的提升方案。第五章为全文的结论。 本文根据行业趋势和公司战略、定位,设计基于测评的中层管理者领导力提升方案,整个方案定位于将现有懂业务的中层管理者培养成能促进公司战略实现、具有公司所需领导力素质的综合管理人员。希望通过本文的研究,能够为快速发展中的企业提升中层领导力提供具有一定借鉴意义的建议。
[Abstract]:The development of society needs the circulation of commodities, and the circulation of commodities will inevitably produce logistics. In the face of the rapid development of social economy, the importance of logistics is becoming increasingly prominent. Under this economic background, logistics enterprises are happy to meet the spring of vigorous development. But it is also facing difficulties and challenges. A company, as a member of logistics enterprises, has been able to develop its business rapidly in recent years. Thanks to this, many technical experts have entered the management channel. In this new field, They worked hard and worked tirelessly, but the results were not ideal, and the obvious challenge was that the leadership of middle managers couldn't keep up with the needs of the organization. The responsibilities and requirements of middle managers are becoming higher and higher. It is an urgent problem how to become an excellent middle manager and the backbone of an organization. This paper takes A Company as an example to study the leadership promotion of middle managers. There are five chapters in this paper. The first chapter is introduction, which points out that the development of logistics industry puts forward higher requirements for the leadership of middle managers. Chapter two is the theoretical basis. This paper introduces the relevant theories of leadership and evaluation, and theoretically studies the feasibility of designing the scheme of improving middle-level leadership based on evaluation. This paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of improving the leadership of middle-level managers in Company A. in Chapter 4th, the design and implementation of middle-level leadership promotion schemes are discussed. The promotion program at the personal level and the guarantee measures for the success of the program are designed to discuss the promotion of leadership. Chapter 5th is the conclusion of the full text. According to the industry trend and company strategy, this paper designs a leadership promotion scheme for middle managers based on evaluation. The whole plan is to train the existing middle managers who know business to promote the realization of company strategy. It is hoped that through the research in this paper, it can provide some useful suggestions for the enterprises developing rapidly to promote the middle-level leadership.
