牡丹江市城镇化发展影响因素分析与对策研究

【摘要】：城镇化一词由国外引进,是英文单词一"Urbanization"的转变,也被称为“城市化”。国外自18世纪英国工业革命开始,国外关十城镇化的研究就开始涌现。在中国,从“十一五”规划纲要就已经开始对城镇化阐述,从明确“要把城市群作为推进城镇化的主体形态”,到“十二五”规划纲要中的“积极稳妥推进城镇化,优化城市化布局和形态,加强城镇化管理,不断提升城镇化的质量和水平”,中国政府领导中国人民不断努力建设与探索中国城镇化道路。经过多年的发展与建设,到2011年年末为止,中国的城镇化指标——城镇化率超过50%,达到51.27%,并且在未来20年里还有20-25%的提升空间。结合我国自身城镇化发展水平及实际情况,因地制宜,探求适合中国大、中、小型城市的发展路线,加强中国城镇化道路建设,促进中国整体转型及发展。中国农业从1948年开始至今六十多年的奋斗历程中中国的城镇化一直在曲折中前进,作为中国现阶段转型的必经之路,城镇化是实现我国现代化与信息化的基础,更是农业、农村及农民问题的强大而有力的解决方法与途径之一,不仅可以转变国家、地区的发展方式,调整一个国家或市的经济结构,更重要的是城镇化的进行与实施可以促进一个市的经济发展,提升一个国家或市整体综合发展水平与质量。城镇化是很多发达国家发展历程中不可磨灭的重要历史阶段,在促进-个国家的发展过程中起到了相当重要的作用。研究以牡丹江市城镇化发展为主要研究对象,确定研究框架与基本研究理论,运用卫星城理论、增长极理论、战略管理理论,分别从城市建设、城市经济建设、城市战略管理三大方面,对牡丹江市城镇化建设与发展的历史沿革与现状进行分析与思考。详细描述牡丹江市城镇化现状的各项指标与数据,包括市年末总人口、市年末非农业人口、市生产总值、人均GDP、产业结构构成、三次产业人口就业结构等宏观数据；医疗床位数、城市建设道路数、社会棚户区改造项目数等微观数据,从多个方面分析牡丹江市城镇化的历史与现状,分析出牡丹江市城镇化发展中的问题。再运用层次分析法对本研究进行定量与定性分析,找出牡丹江市城镇化发展影响因素,结合分析牡丹江市城镇化现状提出的问题,针对牡丹江市城镇化发展提出可行性对策建议。
[Abstract]:The word "urbanization", introduced from abroad, is a transformation of the English word "Urbanization", also known as "urbanization." since the British Industrial Revolution began in 18th century, studies of urbanization in foreign countries have begun to emerge. From the outline of the 11th Five-Year Plan, which has already begun to elaborate on urbanization, from "taking urban agglomeration as the main form of promoting urbanization", to "actively and steadily promoting urbanization" in the outline of the "12th Five-Year Plan", Optimize the layout and form of urbanization, strengthen the management of urbanization, and continuously improve the quality and level of urbanization. "the Chinese government has led the Chinese people to constantly strive to build and explore the road of urbanization in China. After years of development and construction, By the end of 2011, China's urbanization rate exceeded 50, reaching 51.27 percent, and there was still 20-25 percent room for improvement in the next 20 years. In light of the development level and actual situation of China's own urbanization, and in accordance with local conditions, we should explore the development routes suitable for China's large, medium and small cities, and strengthen the construction of China's urbanization road. Urbanization is an indelible historical stage in the development of many developed countries and plays a very important role in promoting the development of each country. The research takes Mudanjiang city's urbanization development as the main research object, determines the research frame and the basic research theory, applies the satellite city theory, the growth pole theory, the strategic management theory, separately from the city construction, the city economy construction, This paper analyzes and ponders the historical evolution and present situation of urbanization construction and development in Mudanjiang City in three aspects of urban strategic management, and describes in detail the indexes and data of the urbanization situation in Mudanjiang City, including the total population at the end of the year. Macro data on non-agricultural population, GDP per capita, composition of industrial structure, employment structure of tertiary industrial population, number of medical beds, number of urban construction roads, number of social shantytown reconstruction projects, etc. This paper analyzes the history and present situation of urbanization in Mudanjiang from many aspects, analyzes the problems in the development of urbanization in Mudanjiang, and then makes a quantitative and qualitative analysis of this study by using the Analytic hierarchy process to find out the influencing factors of urbanization in Mudanjiang. Based on the analysis of the current situation of urbanization in Mudanjiang City, the feasible countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the development of urbanization in Mudanjiang City.
