ZX房地产公司发展战略研究

【摘要】:自改革开放以来,随着经济快速发展,市场经济体制的确立,城镇化规模迅速扩张,房地产行业得到了前所未有的发展。但随着外部环境的变化,房地产行业面临着许多问题。ZX房地产开发公司作为一家有16年积淀的企业,ZX公司如何在已有的成绩、资源、人才、品牌信誉等基础上,综合房地产发展形势,面对250家左右房地产公司的竞争,发挥自己的优势,抓住机遇,克服困难和威胁,使企业更加平稳的可持续发展,显得尤为重要。 本文首先介绍了研究背景及意义,阐述了研究内容和主要研究方法,进而得出了研究技术路线,,接着回顾了相关战略理论;其次,通过运用五力模型和SWOT等相关分析方法,对ZX房地产公司的内外部环境分析,其中外部环境主要包括政治环境、经济环境、社会环境和行业环境,内部环境包括企业概况、经营现状、公司组织架构、人力资源情况以及企业文化建设,接着是ZX房地产公司的战略选择,对ZX公司战略进行了定位,对战略目标进行了确定和规划,选择了以差异化战略为主,低成本战略、集中化战略为辅的发展战略;再者,是战略的实施,分别从加强ZX房地产公司的品牌建设、加强公司人才培养,整合资源,加快业务发展,提升企业文化这几方面来布局战略的实施;最后,是战略的控制和结论,战略控制主要从公司战略控制和战略评价两方面来阐述。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of the economy, the establishment of the market economy system, the rapid expansion of the scale of urbanization, the real estate industry has been unprecedented development. The real estate industry is faced with many problems... ZX Real Estate Development Company, as an enterprise with 16 years of accumulation, how to synthesize the real estate development situation on the basis of the achievements, resources, talents, brand reputation and so on. In the face of the competition of about 250 real estate companies, it is particularly important to give play to their own advantages, seize the opportunities, overcome difficulties and threats, and make the enterprises more stable and sustainable development. This paper first introduces the research background and significance, expounds the research content and main research methods, then obtains the research technical route, and then reviews the relevant strategic theory. Secondly, by using the five-force model and SWOT and other related analysis methods, The internal and external environment of ZX real estate company is analyzed. The external environment mainly includes political environment, economic environment, social environment and industry environment. The situation of human resources and the construction of corporate culture, then the strategic choice of ZX real estate company, the positioning of the strategy of ZX company, the determination and planning of strategic objectives, the choice of differentiation strategy, low cost strategy, The development strategy supplemented by centralization strategy; moreover, the implementation of the strategy, respectively, from strengthening the brand building of ZX real estate company, strengthening the training of talents, integrating resources, and speeding up business development, Finally, it is the control and conclusion of strategy, which is mainly elaborated from two aspects of company strategic control and strategic evaluation.
