山东省城镇化进程中的金融支持问题实证研究

【摘要】：当前，城镇化建设成为了我国经济社会发展的重要方面，开展城镇化建设可以提高资源的利用效率，通过创造更多的机会，吸纳更多的人口，从而形成区域规模经济，提高城镇竞争力；可以为广大人民群众创造更好的生活条件，营造更为舒适的生活环境；可以促进社会主义和谐社会建设，缩小城乡差距，实现共同富裕。正是基于这种发展要求，山东省根据本省省情，因地制宜地开展城镇化建设，取得了较大的发展。然而，城镇化的发展绝对离不开金融的支持，，金融发展可以为城镇化建设持续提供资金支持，从而有效地推动城镇化的进程。基于这种认识，探究山东省金融发展与城镇化建设的关系便具有了极为重要的理论与实践意义，通过研究金融发展对城镇化建设的支持作用，可以帮助我们更好地借助金融的力量助推城镇化的发展。本文第一部分是引言，主要是论述了选题的背景与意义、国内外研究现状、论文的研究方法和路线以及论文的创新之处。本文第二部分首先对城镇化和金融发展的相关理论进行了总结陈述，然后将两者结合，对金融发展支持城镇化的机理进行分析，从城镇建设、产业结构调整、农村城镇化三个方面分别进行了阐释分析，从而为下面的描述分析奠定了理论基础。本文第三部分结合山东省的情况进行分析，对山东省的金融发展现状、城镇化进程现状进行了描述分析，并分析了山东省金融发展对城镇化进程中的城镇建设、产业结构调整、农业现代化提供的支持。本文第四部分是实证分析检验，通过选取金融发展和城镇化建设指标、构造模型，运用单位根检验、格兰杰因果关系检验、协整检验，来探讨金融发展与城镇化建设之间的关系，最终得出的结论是金融发展是城镇化发展的单向原因，金融发展可以有效地推进城镇化建设。本文最后部分是总结前文，形成结论，并根据山东省金融发展支持城镇化建设存在的问题以及实证分析中发现的问题提出相应的对策建议。
[Abstract]:At present, urbanization construction has become an important aspect of our country's economic and social development. Urbanization construction can improve the utilization efficiency of resources, create more opportunities, absorb more people and form regional economies of scale. To improve the competitiveness of cities and towns; to create better living conditions and a more comfortable living environment for the broad masses of the people; to promote the construction of a harmonious socialist society; and to narrow the gap between urban and rural areas. To achieve common prosperity. It is precisely based on this development requirement that Shandong Province has made great progress in carrying out urbanization construction in line with local conditions in accordance with the provincial conditions. However, the development of urbanization is absolutely inseparable from the support of the financial sector. Financial development can provide continuous financial support for urbanization construction, thus effectively promoting the process of urbanization. Based on this understanding, it is of great theoretical and practical significance to explore the relationship between financial development and urbanization construction in Shandong Province. By studying the supporting effect of financial development on urbanization construction, we can help us to promote the development of urbanization with the help of financial forces. The first part of this paper is the introduction, mainly discusses the background and significance of the topic, domestic and foreign research status, research methods and routes of the paper and the innovation of the paper. In the second part of this paper, the related theories of urbanization and financial development are summarized and stated, and then the mechanism of financial development supporting urbanization is analyzed by combining the two theories, from the aspects of urban construction and industrial structure adjustment. The three aspects of rural urbanization are explained and analyzed respectively, which lays a theoretical foundation for the following description and analysis. The third part of this paper analyzes the situation of Shandong Province, describes and analyzes the current situation of financial development and urbanization process of Shandong Province, and analyzes the urban construction in the process of urbanization by the financial development of Shandong Province. Industrial structure adjustment, agricultural modernization provides support. The 4th part of this paper is an empirical analysis test, through the selection of financial development and urbanization construction indicators, construction model, the use of unit root test, Granger causality test, co-integration test, Finally, the conclusion is that financial development is the one-way cause of urbanization development, and financial development can effectively promote urbanization construction. The last part of this paper is to sum up the previous paper and draw a conclusion and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions according to the problems existing in the financial development of Shandong Province supporting the urbanization construction and the problems found in the empirical analysis.
