【摘要】:中国是世界润滑油进口和消费大国,世界经济的增长将继续提高润滑油消费量,其最快增长点将会在发展中国家。发展中国家机车、船只和制造业的迅速增长,将会在工业化经济方面促使润滑油消费量的增加。目前国内拥有上千个润滑油品牌,随着润滑油市场竞争程度的日趋激烈,竞争领域也涉及到产品质量、产品价格、产品成本、产品售后服务、产品便利性等各方面。GS润滑油是韩国GS集团的石油产品之一,GS集团是韩国第六大企业集团,韩国最大的润滑油生产厂家,在韩国市场占有率达到50%,为韩国最畅销的润滑油品牌,年产润滑油250万桶,它也是亚洲最大的精炼油企业,石油化工产品的龙头企业。2012年财富世界500强排名中处于第235位。我国加入WTO后,逐渐开放了成品油零售及其批发市场,GS润滑油凭借自身优异的品质、适中的价格在中国的润滑油市场占据了一定的市场份额。GS润滑油在四川有一级经销成都全通车业公司一个,大部分地市州建立起了二级经销商,由于我国西部地区各种客观条件的限制,GS润滑油在四川市场配送成本较高。配送问题已经成为制约GS润滑油在四川发展的重要因素,如何优化GS润滑油的配送、降低GS润滑油的配送成本、合理的仓储方式、提高配送的服务质量是GS润滑油在我国西部市场长远发展需要解决的重要问题之一。本文主要从经济角度出发,在参考大量相关文献专著后,对构成GS润滑油四川物流配送成本的各个因素进行了相关分析,并总结出影响GS润滑油四川市场配送效率和经济性的诸多因素。在此基础上,提出相关的物流配送优化原则和方案。针对GS润滑油四川市场的配送现状来说,本文主要从三个方面对其进行优化:第一是对四川市场目前的仓库设置现状进行优化;第二是对成都全通车业公司的订单管理进行优化;第三是对润滑油配送路径进行优化。通过这三方面的优化措施,可以使得成都全通车业服务公司配送服务在满足时效性的前提条件下实现配送成本的最小化,为企业更好更快的发展提供重要帮助。
[Abstract]:China is a major importer and consumer of lubricating oil in the world. The growth of the world economy will continue to increase the consumption of lubricating oil. Its fastest growth point will be in the developing countries, the rapid growth of locomotives, ships and manufacturing industries in the developing countries. At present, there are thousands of lubricating oil brands in China. With the increasingly fierce competition in the lubricating oil market, the competitive field also involves product quality, product price, and product cost. GS Lubricating Oil is one of the petroleum products of the South Korean GS Group. The GS Group is the 6th largest enterprise group in Korea and the largest lubricant manufacturer in South Korea. With a market share of 50% in South Korea, it is the best-selling lubricant brand in South Korea. It produces 2.5 million barrels of lubricating oil annually. It is also the largest refined oil refining enterprise in Asia. In 2012, the leading enterprise of petrochemical products. In 2012, the Fortune 500 ranked 235th. After China joined the WTO, it gradually opened up the retail and wholesale market of refined oil and GS lubricating oil by virtue of its excellent quality. Moderate prices occupy a certain market share in China's lubricating oil market. GS Lubricants have a first-grade distribution in Sichuan, one of Chengdu Quantong Automobile Industry Company, and most prefectures have set up secondary dealers. Due to the limitation of various objective conditions in the western region of China, the distribution cost of GS lubricating oil in Sichuan market is relatively high. The distribution problem has become an important factor restricting the development of GS lubricating oil in Sichuan. How to optimize the distribution of GS lubricating oil, Reducing the cost of GS lubricating oil distribution, reasonable storage mode and improving the service quality of GS lubricating oil are one of the important problems that need to be solved in the long-term development of GS lubricating oil market in western China. After referring to a large number of related literature monographs, this paper analyzes the factors that constitute the cost of GS lubricating oil logistics and distribution in Sichuan Province, and summarizes many factors that affect the efficiency and economy of GS lubricating oil market distribution in Sichuan. According to the distribution situation of GS lubricating oil market in Sichuan, this paper mainly optimizes it from three aspects: the first is to optimize the present situation of warehouse setting in Sichuan market; The second is to optimize the order management of Chengdu Quantong Automobile Company, and the third is to optimize the distribution route of lubricating oil. It can make the distribution service of Chengdu Quantong Automobile Industry Service Company realize the minimum distribution cost under the premise of meeting the timeliness, and provide important help for the enterprise to develop better and faster.
