煤炭物流企业物流金融风险评价研究

【摘要】：近年来，我国经济迅猛发展，国家颁布了一系列有利于物流业发展的政策，给物流企业带来了机遇。与此同时，随着我国与国际接轨，传统物流服务受到挤压，给物流企业发展带来了挑战，这就要求物流企业不断创新物流服务。银行借贷利差的日益收窄要求银行拓宽业务增加利润来源，加之煤电市场的变换及国内能源格局的改变，研究煤炭物流企业物流金融风险显得尤为重要。基于以上背景，从煤炭物流企业的角度出发分析了煤炭物流金融模式、风险，构建了风险评价指标体系，并对风险进行了评价研究，提出了有针对性的风险防范措施。这为煤炭物流企业顺利开展物流金融业务提供参考和借鉴。首先，文章阐述了本课题的研究背景和研究意义，，总结了国内外研究现状，对物流金融、煤炭物流金融等相关概念进行了界定，分析了物流金融的参与主体、煤炭物流金融的特点，为研究煤炭物流金融业务的风险奠定了基础。其次，通过对煤炭物流企业物流金融的主要模式进行研究，分析业务开展过程中的风险，认为风险主要来自质押物、融资企业、银行、物流企业和宏观环境五个方面，并针对每个方面进行了深入分析，得到了完善的风险评价指标体系。再次，基于AHP法确定开展煤炭物流金融业务的风险因素权重，运用Excel软件进行计算，通过分析得出开展煤炭物流金融业务中面临的主要风险和次要风险，并基于模糊评价法建立了风险评价模型。最后，结合实际进行实证研究，应用模糊综合评价法建立模型评价风险，根据综合评价结果提出风险防范措施，为煤炭物流企业开展物流金融业务提出有针对性的建议。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy, the country has promulgated a series of policies conducive to the development of the logistics industry, which has brought opportunities to logistics enterprises. At the same time, with the integration of China and the international community, the traditional logistics services have been squeezed. This has brought challenges to the development of logistics enterprises, which requires logistics enterprises to continuously innovate logistics services. The narrowing of bank lending spreads requires banks to broaden their business and increase their profit sources, coupled with the transformation of the coal and electricity market and the changes in domestic energy patterns. It is very important to study the financial risk of logistics in coal logistics enterprises. Based on the above background, this paper analyzes the financial model and risk of coal logistics from the angle of coal logistics enterprise, constructs the index system of risk evaluation, and studies the evaluation of risk. The paper puts forward the corresponding risk prevention measures, which provides a reference for coal logistics enterprises to carry out logistics finance business smoothly. First of all, the paper describes the research background and significance of this topic, summarizes the current research situation at home and abroad, defines the related concepts of logistics finance, coal logistics finance, and analyzes the main body of logistics finance. The characteristics of coal logistics finance lay a foundation for studying the risks of coal logistics finance business. Secondly, through the research on the main mode of logistics finance of coal logistics enterprises, the paper analyzes the risks in the process of business development, and thinks that the risks mainly come from five aspects: pledge, financing enterprise, bank, logistics enterprise and macro environment. And in view of each aspect has carried on the thorough analysis, obtained the perfect risk appraisal index system. Thirdly, based on the AHP method to determine the weight of risk factors in the development of coal logistics financial business, using Excel software to calculate, through the analysis of the main risks and secondary risks faced in the development of coal logistics financial business. The risk evaluation model is established based on fuzzy evaluation method. Finally, based on the actual empirical research, the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is applied to establish a model to evaluate the risk. According to the comprehensive evaluation results, the risk prevention measures are put forward, and some targeted suggestions for the development of logistics and financial business of coal logistics enterprises are put forward.
