深圳A高职学校毕业生就业竞争力研究

【摘要】:大学生就业难已经成为当前高等教育需要高度重视和研究解决的重大议题,高校作为培养大学生的摇篮,最重要的职责就是培养出符合社会需求的合格人才。高职学校作为高等教育的一个重要领域,它是职业技术教育的高等阶段。高等职业教育随着社会发展和科技进步而逐步上移,这是国际高等职业教育的总趋势,高职学校毕业生是高等教育培养出来的高层次人才,是国家人力资源的重要组成部分。现阶段,我国的高等职业教育主要在大学专科层次,虽然高职学校对学生就业工作足够重视,但是关于学生就业能力的培养还缺少有效的方法,高职学校毕业生也存在就业难的问题。 本文从人力资源胜任力模型的视角研究影响高职学校毕业生就业的能力因素,基于胜任力模型构建高职学校毕业生就业竞争力指标体系。本文以深圳一所高职学校金融管理与实务专业为样本,采用文献收集、资料整理和问卷调查的方式,分析和探索高职学校毕业生就业胜任力特征,构建出高职学校毕业生就业竞争力的指标,以此来帮助高职学校建立大学生就业能力培养体系,完善高职学校就业指导模式,切实提高职业教育办学质量。 本文认为影响高职学校毕业生就业竞争力的因素可以细分为一系列指标,从用人单位的需求为切入点,结合高职学校毕业生自身情况,以胜任力理论来指导高职学校毕业生就业竞争力的研究更符合实际,可以解决高职学校人才培养、用人单位人才招聘和高职学生个性发展三者之问的有效衔接。
[Abstract]:The difficulty of obtaining employment for college students has become a major issue that needs to be highly valued and studied in the current higher education. Colleges and universities are the cradle of cultivating college students. The most important duty is to train qualified talents who meet the needs of society. Higher vocational schools are an important field of higher education. It is the higher stage of vocational and technical education. With the development of society and the progress of science and technology, higher vocational education is gradually moved up, which is the general trend of international higher vocational education. It is an important part of national human resources. At this stage, higher vocational education in our country is mainly at the university level, although higher vocational schools pay enough attention to the employment of students. However, there is still a lack of effective methods to cultivate students' employability, and the graduates of higher vocational schools also have the problem of difficult employment. From the perspective of human resource competency model, this paper studies the factors that affect the employability of graduates in higher vocational schools. Based on competency model, this paper takes financial management and practice major of a vocational school in Shenzhen as a sample, adopts the methods of literature collection, data collation and questionnaire survey, and constructs the index system of employment competitiveness of graduates of higher vocational schools based on competency model. This paper analyzes and explores the characteristics of employment competence of graduates of higher vocational schools, constructs the index of employment competitiveness of graduates of higher vocational schools, so as to help higher vocational schools establish a system of fostering college students' employability and perfect the employment guidance mode of higher vocational schools. We will earnestly improve the quality of vocational education. This paper holds that the factors affecting the employment competitiveness of graduates of higher vocational schools can be subdivided into a series of indicators, from the needs of employers as a starting point, combined with the situation of graduates in higher vocational schools. It is more practical to use competency theory to guide the study of the employment competitiveness of graduates in higher vocational schools, which can solve the problems of talent training, employing units and personality development of higher vocational school students.
