小城镇集聚环及小城镇发展阶段研究

【摘要】：笔者首先依据小城镇集聚成本把小城镇分为自然集聚型和人为集聚型,提出了小城镇集聚环概念,应用柯布—道格拉斯生产(效用)函数,分析小城镇发展的基础设施、开放程度、政府管理水平和效率三要素之间关系;其次,分析了小城镇在区域城镇体系中的发展时机,指出人为集聚型小城镇缺位的现状;最后,依据小城镇发展特征,把小城镇划分为3个发展阶段。
[Abstract]:Firstly, according to the cost of small town agglomeration, the author divides small town into natural agglomeration type and artificial agglomeration type, puts forward the concept of small town agglomeration ring, and applies Cobb-Douglas production (utility) function to analyze the infrastructure of small town development. Secondly, the paper analyzes the development opportunity of small towns in the regional town system, points out the present situation of artificial agglomeration small towns, and finally, according to the characteristics of small towns development, analyzes the relationship among the three factors: the degree of openness, the level of government management and the efficiency. Divide small towns into three stages of development.
