XX企业仓库改进及物流节点优化研究

【摘要】：仓储与物流配送是促进企业快速发展的推动性力量,仓储物流配送系统的发展、优化使得企业可以集中有限的资源投入到主要业务中去。当前,电商行业进入了快速发展时期,这一行业的快速发展对企业仓储、物流配送提出了更高的要求。电子商务模式下,企业的买卖都是通过虚拟网络来实现的,实物配送明显滞后于电子商务物流需求,致使仓储物流配送已经成为制约电子商务行业快速发展的主要因素之一,降低了电子商务“快捷性”的优势。因此,必须要尽快完成由传统企业仓储物流到适合电商企业仓储物流的顺利转变、优化电商企业物流系统,以提升企业核心竞争力、促进企业的快速发展。本文中,正是基于此,探讨仓储改进、物流节点选择研究在XX企业中的应用、实施的,以期对提升XX企业仓储、物流配送效率、质量具有一定的参考价值。文中首先概述了电商物流发展、电子商务发展的情况,并从组织结构现状、产品销售、产品进出库、物流配送等几个方面分析了XX企业的仓储及物流配送现状,并揭示了该企业在销售与物流配送之间存在的矛盾冲突；然后重点围绕着SKU的调整、拣选设备的选择、盘点优化、优化拣货方式、仓储区拣货区布局优化等方面分析了XX企业仓库管理优化与研究；文章最后从信息化联合配送、网络节点建立两个方面分析了XX企业配送路径的优化,这对于提升该企业的仓储水平、物流配送效率具有积极的意义。
[Abstract]:Warehousing and logistics distribution is the driving force to promote the rapid development of enterprises. With the development of warehouse logistics distribution system and optimization, enterprises can concentrate limited resources to invest in the main business. At present, the e-commerce industry has entered a period of rapid development. The rapid development of this industry has put forward higher requirements for enterprise warehousing and logistics distribution. Under the e-commerce model, the purchase and sale of enterprises are realized through virtual network, and physical distribution lags behind the demand of e-commerce logistics. As a result, warehousing logistics distribution has become one of the main factors restricting the rapid development of e-commerce industry, which reduces the advantage of e-commerce "quickness". It is necessary to complete the smooth transformation from the traditional enterprise warehousing logistics to the suitable e-business enterprise warehousing logistics as soon as possible and optimize the e-commerce enterprise logistics system in order to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise and promote the rapid development of the enterprise. In this paper, it is based on this, discuss warehouse improvement, logistics node selection in XX enterprise application, implementation, in order to improve the XX enterprise warehousing, logistics distribution efficiency, Quality has certain reference value. This paper first summarizes the development of e-commerce logistics, e-commerce development, and from the organizational structure of the current situation, product sales, product in and out of the library, This paper analyzes the current situation of storage and logistics distribution in XX enterprise, and reveals the contradiction and conflict between sales and logistics distribution, then focuses on the adjustment of SKU, the selection of equipment, and the optimization of inventory. This paper analyzes the optimization and research of XX enterprise warehouse management from the aspects of optimizing the way of picking goods, optimizing the layout of the picking area of storage area, etc. Finally, this paper analyzes the optimization of the distribution path of XX enterprise from two aspects of information joint distribution, network node establishment, and so on. This has positive significance for improving the warehousing level of the enterprise and the efficiency of logistics distribution.
