【摘要】：以河南省周口市为例,通过协整检验和格兰杰因果关系检验,厘清了该地区国库收支变化的原因,并通过VECM模型和脉冲响应分析拟合了货币政策和财政政策对国库收支影响的关系,据此提出相关政策建议。
[Abstract]:In Zhoukou city of Henan Province as an example, through the cointegration test and Grainger causality test, to clarify the reason of national treasury changes in the region, and through the VECM model and impulse response analysis to fit the relationship between the impact of monetary policy and fiscal policy on the national treasury, puts forward relevant policy suggestions.
