大庆油田物资管理存在的问题及改进对策研究

【摘要】:物资管理是油田企业的重要保障环节之一,不仅对油田的成本和利润产生影响,而且能控制油田企业的生产成本,提高保供速度,是增加油田企业实力的关键所在。伴随供应链在物资管理工作中的不断应用,油田的物资管理工作出现了一系列新的问题。从目前物资管理情况来看,物资编码、计划、供应商、价格、采购、仓储等环节存在的问题,,严重影响了油田现代化物资管理步伐。大庆油田物资管理工作正在经历这个从传统向现代物资管理转变的阶段,为了实现油田物资管理现代化,必须对物资管理工作提出改进意见和对策。 针对大庆油田现阶段物资管理的实际,本论文应用供应链管理理论和流程再造理论,对大庆油田物资管理工作每个环节进行调研,通过使用文献检索的方法和观察法获得研究物资管理工作的基础资料,并运用现代物资管理理念和方法,找出大庆油田物资管理工作中存在的问题和不足,通过对问题的科学分析,应用物资管理先进的计算方法对物资编码、计划、供应商、价格、采购、及仓储管理中存在的问题提出改进对策,为提高大庆油田物资管理水平提供技术支撑。为确保改进对策能够顺利实施,在本文的最后一部分提出具体的保障措施,为改进对策的实施奠定坚实的基础。
[Abstract]:Material management is one of the important guarantee links in oil field enterprises. It not only affects the cost and profit of oil fields, but also can control the production cost of oil field enterprises and improve the speed of supply protection. It is the key to increase the strength of oil field enterprises. With the continuous application of supply chain in material management, a series of new problems have appeared in the material management of oil fields. Judging from the current situation of material management, material coding and planning, The problems in suppliers, prices, procurement and warehousing have seriously affected the pace of modern material management in oil fields. Material management in Daqing Oilfield is undergoing a transition from traditional to modern material management. In order to realize the modernization of oil field material management, some suggestions and countermeasures must be put forward. According to the actual situation of material management in Daqing Oilfield at present, this paper applies the theory of supply chain management and process reengineering to investigate every link of material management in Daqing Oilfield. By using the methods of literature retrieval and observation to obtain the basic information of the research material management, and using the modern material management concept and method, the problems and shortcomings in the material management work in Daqing Oilfield are found out. Through the scientific analysis of the problem, applying the advanced calculation method of material management to improve the problems existing in material coding, planning, supplier, price, purchasing, and warehouse management, In order to provide technical support for improving the level of material management in Daqing Oilfield and to ensure the smooth implementation of the improvement countermeasures, this paper puts forward specific safeguard measures in the last part of this paper, which lays a solid foundation for improving the implementation of the countermeasures.
