【摘要】:当前,房地产开发市场的发展状况不仅关乎社会稳定和金融安全,更关系到国民经济的正常运行。房地产开发业在蓬勃发展的同时也面临着诸多挑战和困境。品牌效应、经营水平、产品本身的品质愈加构成房地产企业赢得竞争的关键因素。面对风雨交加的发展环境,众多大型房地产企业开始意识到通过调整自身发展战略、寻找新的发展机会、制定更加有效的发展战略在竞争市场中赢得立足之地。在此背景下,本文应用发展战略的理论知识,以X房地产开发公司为研究主体,探讨X地产公司发展战略的方案和保障措施。X地产属于国有企业,长期以来,X房地产开发公司对发展战略不够重视,在发展战略方面存在诸多问题。由此,本文在文献回顾的基础上,分析了公司的发展战略现状和问题,综合运用案例分析法和企业调研法,提出了切合公司实际的发展战略方案。本研究旨在促进X地产发展战略的科学化,也为相关企业提供借鉴和参考。本文共分为五个个部分。第一部分介绍了研究背景、文献综述和相关信息。第二部分分析了公司发展战略现状和问题。第三部分分析了X地产公司的内外部环境,应用SWOT分析工具制定了总体发展战略。第四部分设计了X地产发展战略方案,并提供了保障方案顺利实施的措施。第五部分总结全文,并指出了研究的局限性。
[Abstract]:At present, the development of real estate development market is not only related to social stability and financial security, but also related to the normal operation of the national economy. The management level and the quality of the products themselves are increasingly the key factors for the real estate enterprises to win the competition. Facing the vicissitudes of the development environment, many large real estate enterprises are beginning to realize that by adjusting their own development strategies, they are looking for new development opportunities. Under this background, this paper applies the theory knowledge of development strategy, taking X Real Estate Development Company as the main body of research. This paper probes into the plan and safeguard measures of the development strategy of X real estate company. X real estate belongs to the state-owned enterprise. For a long time, the X real estate development company has not paid enough attention to the development strategy, and there are many problems in the development strategy. On the basis of literature review, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the company's development strategy, and synthetically applies the case analysis method and the enterprise investigation method. The purpose of this study is to promote the scientific development strategy of X real estate, and to provide reference and reference for related enterprises. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part introduces the research background. The second part analyzes the current situation and problems of the company's development strategy. The third part analyzes the internal and external environment of X real estate company. The overall development strategy is worked out by using the SWOT analysis tool. Part 4th designs the X real estate development strategy scheme, and provides the measures to ensure the smooth implementation of the plan. Part 5th summarizes the full text and points out the limitations of the research.
