【摘要】：论文以长春市为例，对行政区划调整对城镇化发展的影响效应进行了分析，首先文章对以往国内外对行政区划调整和城镇化发展问题的研究和思考进行了梳理，并提出了本文的研究意义、目的和研究内容。其次分别从城市人口、经济产业、空间发展、居民生活、市政交通、资源环境等方面对长春市城镇化发展的历程进行回顾。接着对行政区划调整的历史过程也进行梳理，凝练了近十年来行政区划调整的基本特征。结合以上两方面分析，提出行政区划调整对长春市的城镇化发展具有三方面效应：①规划效应，即行政区划与城乡规划所形成的良性互动，为长春市城市有序扩张和经济快速发展奠定了基础。②产业效应，即行政区划调整促进了城市主导产业的集群式发展和开发区的扩张。③空间效应，即行政区划调整拓展了城市发展空间，，并促进了城市空间结构的优化。最后通过对历史过程的研究和行政区划调整作用效果的把握，从都市区发展目标、范围、规模、空间结构、产业发展、交通发展、中心体系、环境与资源以及农业现代化等九大领域，提出对大都市区模式下的长春市城镇化发展构想。
[Abstract]:Taking Changchun as an example, this paper analyzes the effect of the adjustment of administrative division on the development of urbanization. Firstly, this paper combs the research and thinking on the adjustment of administrative division and the development of urbanization at home and abroad. The significance, purpose and content of this paper are put forward. Secondly, from the aspects of urban population, economic industry, spatial development, resident life, municipal transportation, This paper reviews the development of Changchun urbanization from the aspects of resources and environment. Then it combs the historical process of the adjustment of administrative divisions, condenses the basic characteristics of the adjustment of administrative divisions in the past ten years. It is pointed out that the adjustment of administrative divisions has three effects on the development of urbanization in Changchun, that is, the benign interaction between administrative divisions and urban and rural planning. It lays a foundation for the orderly expansion and rapid economic development of Changchun. 2. The adjustment of administrative divisions promotes the cluster development of urban leading industries and the spatial effect of expansion of development zones. That is, the adjustment of administrative divisions expands the space of urban development and promotes the optimization of urban spatial structure. Finally, by studying the historical process and grasping the effect of the adjustment of administrative divisions, the development objectives, scope and scale of metropolitan areas are discussed. Spatial structure, industrial development, traffic development, central system, environment and resources, agricultural modernization and other nine major fields, this paper puts forward the concept of Changchun urbanization under the metropolitan pattern.
