运输资源在快递业发展中的作用机理研究

【摘要】：摘要：作为美国快递市场的典型快递企业,UPS和REA依托运输资源获得黄金发展。但是UPS经过百年成功发展成为营业收入全球第一的快递企业,REA却在经营了近半个世纪之后走向破产。基于这一现象,论文提出了对运输资源在快递业发展中作用机理的研究。 论文通过对快递业、快递产品以及快递运输资源的属性进行理论分析,构建了运输资源对快递业发展的作用机理分析框架。运输资源对快递网络规模和效率产生作用,进而影响快递产品的时间可达性和空间可达性,以此对快递企业产生影响,并作用于快递业的发展。运输资源对快递业发展的作用路径主要有两条,一是通过快递网络规模影响快递产品的空间可达性,进而影响快递业的发展；二是通过快递网络效率影响快递产品的时间可达性,进而作用于快递业的发展。运输资源的快递业发展的作用结果主要有三方面,即对快递业务量、快递业务收入和快递业发展阶段的影响。 在理论分析的基础上,论文对UPS和REA两个美国典型快递企业以及国内快递企业顺丰进行了案例研究,分析运输资源在三个快递企业发展中的变化及作用机理,并总结出三个快递企业在运输资源上的发展经验。 通过理论与案例分析,论文得出以下主要结论：运输资源在快递企业内部的配置结构决定了快递网络的效率,进而影响快递产品的空间、时间可达性,运输资源的可控性则影响着快递企业的长远发展。运输资源的配置结构和可控性是快递业发展的关键。
[Abstract]:Abstract: ups and REA, the typical express delivery companies in American express market, obtain gold development based on transportation resources.But after a hundred years of success, UPS became the world's largest express delivery company by revenue, but after nearly half a century of operation, it went bankrupt.Based on this phenomenon, this paper puts forward the research on the mechanism of transport resources in the development of express industry.Based on the theoretical analysis of the properties of express delivery industry, express products and express transportation resources, this paper constructs the mechanism analysis framework of the effect of transport resources on the development of express delivery industry.Transportation resources have an effect on the scale and efficiency of express delivery network, and then affect the time and space accessibility of express products, which will have an impact on express delivery enterprises and play an important role in the development of express delivery industry.There are two main ways of transportation resources to the development of express industry, one is to influence the spatial accessibility of express products through the scale of express delivery network, and then affect the development of express industry;Second, the efficiency of express delivery network affects the time accessibility of express products, and then affects the development of express industry.There are three main effects on the development of express industry of transportation resources, namely, the quantity of express business, the revenue of express service and the stage of development of express delivery industry.On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper makes a case study on two typical American express delivery enterprises, UPS and REA, as well as Shunfeng, a domestic express delivery enterprise, and analyzes the changes and mechanism of transportation resources in the development of three express delivery enterprises.And summarizes the development experience of three express delivery enterprises in transportation resources.Based on the theory and case analysis, the paper draws the following main conclusions: the allocation structure of transportation resources in express delivery enterprises determines the efficiency of express delivery network, and then affects the space and time accessibility of express products.The controllability of transportation resources affects the long-term development of express delivery enterprises.The configuration structure and controllability of transportation resources is the key to the development of express delivery industry.
