【摘要】：改革开放以来,国民经济保持平稳较快增长,建设投资规模逐年增长,随着国家全面深化改革工作的推进,项目审批制度改革、审批权限的下放、企业投资主体地位的确立、政府投资监管体系的完善,政府投资责任追究制度的建立等,投资中介服务机构的法律责任逐渐强化。政府和企业都希望得到真正有价值的、负责任的智力型服务。这给我国工程咨询行业带来了新的发展机遇和冲击,行业竞争日益加剧,企业为了取得生存和持续发展需从战略的高度思考企业的发展。广咨公司要充分把握住新形势、新政策、新市场、新机遇,结合自身的优势和劣势,调整、规划未来的发展战略。本文基于理论与实践相结合的原则,运用战略管理的相关理论知识对广咨公司进行发展战略研究。本论文目的是研究广咨公司应“如何把握政策、如何应对竞争、如何制订战略、如何实施战略”问题。本文首先从广咨公司所处的外部环境,包括政府环境、经济环境、社会环境、行业环境、技术环境等五个方面进行分析研究,结合行业竞争力五力分析,分析广咨公司面临的外部机遇和威胁;接着从广咨公司的内部条件,包括企业概况、企业资质、主要业务、主要客户、经营财务、人力资源及内部管理制度等情况进行整理分析,运用SWOT分析模型对广咨公司的优势和劣势进行分析,提出广咨公司“产品创新战略”的发展战略,最后提出实施战略的措施和保障体系,包括:组建战略联盟、实施“人才强咨”、大力拓展市场、提升企业品牌、企业文化建设及优化企业内部管理等。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, the national economy has maintained a steady and rapid growth, and the scale of construction investment has increased year by year. With the advancement of the country's comprehensive deepening of reform, the reform of the project examination and approval system, the decentralization of examination and approval authority, and the establishment of the principal position of enterprises' investment,With the improvement of government investment supervision system and the establishment of government investment liability investigation system, the legal responsibility of investment intermediary service organizations is gradually strengthened.Governments and businesses alike want truly valuable, responsible intellectual services.This brings new development opportunity and impact to the engineering consulting industry of our country. The competition of the industry is becoming more and more serious. In order to obtain the survival and sustainable development, the enterprises should think about the development of the enterprise from the strategic point of view.The company should fully grasp the new situation, new policies, new markets, new opportunities, combined with its own strengths and weaknesses, adjust and plan future development strategies.Based on the principle of the combination of theory and practice, this paper studies the development strategy of Guangzi Company by using the relevant theory knowledge of strategic management.The purpose of this paper is to study how to grasp policies, how to cope with competition, how to formulate strategies and how to implement them.This paper firstly analyzes the external environment, including government environment, economic environment, social environment, industry environment and technological environment, and analyzes the five forces of the industry competitiveness, including the government environment, the economic environment, the social environment, the industry environment and the technological environment.Analysis of the external opportunities and threats faced by the company, then from the internal conditions of the company, including corporate profile, enterprise qualifications, major business, major customers, operating finance,Human resources and internal management system are analyzed, and the advantages and disadvantages of Guangzao Company are analyzed by using SWOT model, and the development strategy of "Product Innovation Strategy" is put forward.Finally, the measures and guarantee system of implementing the strategy are put forward, including: forming the strategic alliance, implementing the "talent strong consultation", vigorously expanding the market, promoting the enterprise brand, building the enterprise culture and optimizing the internal management of the enterprise, etc.
