高铁对区域科技创新协调的作用机制与效率分析

【摘要】:基于高铁的基本特性,总结了高速铁路对区域科技创新过程的作用机制;基于"投入-产出"理论,构建了高铁作用力强度和密度指标,结合区域科技创新指标因子分析法,形成了DEA分析的投入和产出因子,对2012年高铁作用下中国省域科技创新效率作出了判断。研究表明,高铁既是区域科技创新的重要投入,也是区域科技创新的重要产出。因此,在高铁建设和发展过程中,应结合区域科技发展需要进行合理规划,并根据区域科技创新发展结果,进行高铁设施和服务的配套升级。
[Abstract]:Based on the basic characteristics of high-speed railway, this paper summarizes the action mechanism of high-speed railway on the process of regional scientific and technological innovation, based on the theory of "input-output", constructs the strength and density index of high-speed rail, and combines the factor analysis method of regional scientific and technological innovation index.The input and output factors of DEA analysis are formed, and the efficiency of scientific and technological innovation in China is judged under the action of high-speed rail in 2012.The research shows that high-speed rail is not only an important input of regional scientific and technological innovation, but also an important output of regional scientific and technological innovation.Therefore, in the process of construction and development of high-speed railway, it is necessary to carry out rational planning according to the needs of regional scientific and technological development, and to upgrade the facilities and services of high-speed rail according to the results of regional scientific and technological innovation and development.
