湖南金融发展对产业结构升级的支持作用研究

【摘要】：摘要：金融的本质是实现资源的优化配置,它是经济发展的助推器。金融发展对于一个国家和地区产业结构的优化和升级具有重要的促进作用。湖南省若要尽快实现产业结构升级和经济稳健发展,就必须发挥金融的支持优势。 在大量文献研究的基础上,本文首先界定了金融发展与产业结构升级的相关概念,阐述了金融发展理论、产业结构演进和升级理论,分析了金融发展对产业结构升级的影响过程和作用机理。接着,本文结合大量的数据资料,阐述了湖南省产业结构升级的5个阶段以及发展现状,又从间接金融市场、直接金融市场以及融资结构的角度分析了湖南金融发展的现状。 在实证分析部分,通过VAR(向量自回归)模型,利用平稳性检验、协整检验、VAR模型估计、脉冲响应函数、方差分析以及格兰杰因果检验等计量方法,分别从间接金融和直接金融的角度分析了金融发展对产业结构优化以及高新技术产业的影响。实证结果表明,间接金融(主要指银行信贷)对产业结构优化和高新技术的发展起到了促进作用；直接金融(主要指股票筹资)对产业结构优化具有一定的推动作用,但对高新技术产业的支持作用还没有体现出来。 最后,在实证分析的基础上,根据湖南省金融发展与产业结构升级的实际情况,从金融创新、金融改革、建立多层次资本市场、优化金融生态环境等方面提出了金融支持湖南省产业结构升级的政策建议。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: the essence of finance is to realize the optimal allocation of resources, and it is the booster of economic development.Financial development plays an important role in optimizing and upgrading the industrial structure of a country and a region.If Hunan Province wants to realize the upgrading of industrial structure and the steady development of economy as soon as possible, it must give full play to the advantages of financial support.Based on a large number of literature studies, this paper first defines the related concepts of financial development and industrial structure upgrading, and expounds the theory of financial development, the evolution and upgrading of industrial structure.This paper analyzes the influence process and mechanism of financial development on industrial structure upgrading.Then, based on a large amount of data, this paper expounds the five stages and the present situation of Hunan's industrial structure upgrading, and analyzes the present situation of Hunan's financial development from the angle of indirect financial market, direct financial market and financing structure.In the part of empirical analysis, we use VAR (vector autoregressive) model, stationary test, cointegration test to estimate VAR model, impulse response function, variance analysis and Granger causality test.This paper analyzes the influence of financial development on industrial structure optimization and high-tech industry from the angle of indirect finance and direct finance respectively.The empirical results show that indirect finance (mainly bank credit) promotes the optimization of industrial structure and the development of high and new technology, and direct finance (mainly refers to stock financing) promotes the optimization of industrial structure.However, the supporting role of the high-tech industry has not yet been reflected.Finally, on the basis of empirical analysis, according to the actual situation of Hunan financial development and industrial structure upgrading, from the financial innovation, financial reform, the establishment of multi-level capital market.Some suggestions on how to optimize the financial ecological environment are put forward to support the upgrading of industrial structure in Hunan Province.
