Q市自来水公司绩效管理研究

【摘要】:在经济全球化不断发展的今天,企业间的竞争越来越激烈,人力资源管理在企业竞争中亦扮演着日趋重要的角色,是企业前进的不竭动力源泉之一。绩效管理作为人力资源管理中不容小觑的一部分,,成为国内外众多专家学者的研究重点。当前,国内外供水企业的绩效管理体系有了很大的发展,国外学者关于绩效管理的研究主要是其体系评价指标选取、评价方法的改善和评价体系建构;然而我国自来水行业对绩效管理的应用研究仍然处于探索阶段,能够借鉴和参考的研究成果较少。 笔者在工作的实践中,发现Q市自来水公司人力资源管理方面能根据工作需要合理安排岗位,公开招聘、竞争上岗,重视员工培训等,其绩效管理在该公司正处于从初步建立到逐步完善的阶段。但是随着公司的发展壮大,员工绩效管理方面也不断暴露出一些问题,在一定程度上制约了员工工作积极性,弱化公司经济效益。Q市自来水公司绩效管理现状及如何建立基于KPI的绩效管理是本文的撰写重点。 本文主要分为三大部分:第一部分是在确定本文的选题背景及意义的基础上,构建文章的研究目标及创新点;通过阅读国内外文献,对绩效管理进行了理论综述。第二部分是在了解Q市自来水公司的概况基础上,通过发放问卷,调查了解Q市自来水公司目前的绩效管理现状,并分析其现状形成的原因;通过绩效现状的分析及该企业当前现状构建基于KPI的绩效管理方法,提出能够提升该公司绩效管理措施。在问卷调查方面,基于184份有效问卷,通过横向及纵向的数据对比分析,用数据来说明当前的绩效管理现状。在建立基于KPI的绩效管理方法方面,通过层层解析不同层级间的KPI流程设计及考核方式,并根据实际情况,分析实施绩效管理KPI指标体系的保障措施及应用。第三部分则是本文的研究结论与展望。 本文的选题及研究内容具有一定的现实意义,不仅丰富了我国在相关领域的研究,也对自来水等类似行业的绩效管理有一定的借鉴意义。
[Abstract]:In the economic globalization today, more intense competition among enterprises, human resource management plays a more and more important role in the enterprise competition, is the inexhaustible source of power of the enterprise forward. Performance management as a human resources management should not be underestimated in part, become a research focus of many experts and scholars. At present, the domestic and foreign water supply enterprise performance management system has made great progress in research on performance management of foreign scholars mainly select the evaluation index system construction, improve evaluation methods and evaluation system; however, application of tap water industry on performance management is still in the exploratory stage, the lack of research results can reference.
The author in the practice, found that the human resources management of Q city tap water company to arrange the job, according to the needs of the work of open recruitment, competition, emphasis on staff training, performance management is from the initial establishment to gradually perfect stage in the company. But with the development of the company, employee performance management we also exposed some problems, to a certain extent restrict the working enthusiasm of the staff, the weakening of the status of performance management of.Q company economic benefits of tap water company and how to establish the performance management based on KPI is the key of this article.
This paper is divided into three parts: the first part is the basis of the background and significance of this paper on the research and innovation of the target construction; by reading the literature at home and abroad on the performance management theory is summarized. The second part is the overview of Q based city tap water company, through the questionnaire survey. To understand the current situation of performance management in Q city tap water company at present, and analyzes the status quo of; through the analysis of the current situation and performance of the enterprise's current situation to construct the performance management method based on KPI is proposed to improve the company performance management measures. In the questionnaire, 184 valid questionnaires based on through the comparison of horizontal and vertical analysis of the data, use the data to illustrate the current situation of performance management. In the establishment of performance management method based on KPI, through the layers of analysis between different levels of the KPI process. Taking account of the assessment method, and according to the actual situation, we analyze the implementation of performance management KPI index system safeguard measures and applications. The third part is the research conclusion and prospect.
The topics and research contents in this paper have practical significance, which not only enrich our research in related fields, but also have some reference significance for performance management in similar industries such as tap water.
