基于TAM的物流信息交易平台使用影响因素模型与实证研究

【摘要】:物流是国民经济的动脉系统,其在社会经济活动中扮演着愈来愈重要的角色,它连接社会经济的各个部分并使之成为一个有机整体。物流行业的发展至今,经历了第一方物流、第二方物流、第三方物流到第四方物流的四个发展过程。随着互联网技术的普及和电子商务的快速发展,物流业也逐渐跟随其他产业一样不断触网,物流信息交易平台纷纷出现,如林安物流平台、锦程物流网等,它们通过线上线下融合发展取得了较好的成效。然而,全国物流信息交易平台数量虽然众多,但总体发展水平层次参差不齐,并不理想。在这种背景下,以科学严谨的方法研究物流信息交易平台也就具有了非常重要的理论价值和现实意义。为了能够分析物流信息交易平台使用影响因素,本文以理论研究为基础、调研数据为保障、量化研究为手段进行了深入研究,得到了相应的管理启示。理论研究部分主要通过回顾物流信息平台、技术接受模型等相关理论,一方面了解和掌握目前学术界对于物流信息平台的研究现状;另一方面掌握技术接受模型的发展脉络及应用情况,厘清和界定相关概念,科学地构建研究模型,准确地描述和测度模型中的研究变量。在TAM、UTAUT等经典模型的基础上,结合本文的研究情景,构建了物流信息交易平台使用影响因素研究模型,并对相关变量和假设进行了阐述。数据收集部分在已有文献的基础上,开发了本文的研究量表,并通过问卷调查获得了研究数据,最后通过探索性因素分析、验证性因素分析、信度分析、效度分析对研究量表的质量进行了探讨,得到了可信且有效的数据,为本文的研究提供了科学的支撑。量化研究部分则基于优化数据,运用结构方程模型对本文的假设进行了验证。具体结论如下:主观规范对感知有用性和感知易用性存在正向路径影响;便利条件对感知易用性和使用态度有正向路径影响;激励因素对使用态度有正向路径影响;经典的TAM理论模型假设中只有感知易用性对使用态度不存在显著的路径影响;而感知风险对感知有用性和使用态度有负向路径影响作用的假设没有得到实证支持。最后,基于实证研究的结论,本文提出了针对性的管理启示,实现了理论研究与实际应用的有效结合。
[Abstract]:Logistics is the artery system of national economy, which plays a more and more important role in social economic activities. It connects all parts of social economy and makes it become an organic whole.So far, the development of logistics industry has experienced the first party logistics, the second party logistics, the third party logistics to the fourth party logistics four development processes.With the popularization of Internet technology and the rapid development of electronic commerce, the logistics industry is also gradually following other industries in the same way, logistics information trading platforms have emerged, such as Lin'an logistics platform, Jincheng logistics network, etc.They have achieved good results through the integration of above-line and off-line development.However, although the number of logistics information trading platforms is numerous, the overall level of development is uneven and not ideal.Under this background, it has very important theoretical value and practical significance to study logistics information trading platform by scientific and rigorous method.In order to analyze the influencing factors of the use of logistics information trading platform, this paper, based on the theoretical research, the research data as the guarantee, the quantitative research as the means, has carried on the thorough research, has obtained the corresponding management enlightenment.The theoretical research part mainly through reviewing logistics information platform, technology acceptance model and other related theories, on the one hand, to understand and master the current academic research status of logistics information platform;On the other hand, we should grasp the development and application of the technology acceptance model, clarify and define the relevant concepts, construct the research model scientifically and accurately describe and measure the research variables in the model.On the basis of the classical models such as Tam UTAUT and combined with the research situation of this paper, the research model of the factors influencing the use of logistics information trading platform is constructed, and the related variables and assumptions are expounded.The data collection part has developed the research scale based on the existing literature, and obtained the research data through the questionnaire survey, finally through the exploratory factor analysis, the confirmatory factor analysis, the reliability analysis,Validity analysis discusses the quality of the research scale and obtains reliable and effective data, which provides a scientific support for this study.The quantitative research is based on the optimized data and the structural equation model is used to verify the hypothesis of this paper.The specific conclusions are as follows: subjective norms have a positive path effect on perceived usefulness and perceived usability; convenience conditions have a positive path effect on perceived usability and use attitude; incentive factors have a positive path effect on use attitude;In the classical TAM theoretical model, only perceived usability has no significant path effect on use attitude, while the assumption that perceived risk has negative path effect on perceived usefulness and use attitude is not supported by empirical evidence.Finally, based on the conclusion of empirical research, this paper puts forward the pertinent management enlightenment, and realizes the effective combination of theoretical research and practical application.
