辽宁省县域城镇化水平综合测度及区域差异分析

【摘要】：城镇化既是区域经济发展和社会进步的重要标志，也是人类经济社会发展的必然趋势，它已经成为国家或地区衡量经济社会发展水平以及制定区域发展政策的依据。本论文综合运用人文—经济地理学的理论和方法，以辽宁省的85个基本单元为研究对象，采用理论分析与实证研究相结合以及定量分析与定性分析相结合的方法，在综合了国内外具有代表性的指标基础上，，从经济发展、人口、社会发展以及城市建设四大方面共选取15个指标对辽宁省的县域城镇化发展水平进行了综合测度，并对其城镇化水平的区域差异特征及其影响因素进行了分析，得到以下的结论：（1）通过利用主成分分析法和聚类分析法，得出辽宁省县域城镇化水平的区域差异较大，城镇化水平最高区域与城镇化水平较高区域，主要分布在辽宁省的中部平原地区与南部沿海地区，而城镇化水平中等区域和城镇化水平较低区域主要集中分布在辽宁省的东部与西部山地地区。（2）影响城镇化发展水平的因素有自然资源条件、地理区位条件、经济发展条件、历史条件以及政策条件等。通过对辽宁省县域城镇化水平的实证研究，得出经济因素对城镇化进程的推动作用最为明显。（3）在对辽宁省县域城镇化发展水平、区域差异和影响因素分析的基础上之，提出了相应的对策建议。在推进辽宁省县域城镇化的进程中，一是要统一认识，明确发展城镇化的战略重点；二是由于经济发展水平是城镇化发展的强有力支撑，因此，要想加快发展县域城镇化水平，就应该要大力发展县域经济；三是在城镇化的发展历程中，要突出重点，发展区域中心城市，从而发挥其对周边地区的辐射带动作用；四是要想提升辽宁省县域城镇化的整体水平，必须加强对落后县域的扶持。
[Abstract]:Urbanization is not only an important symbol of regional economic development and social progress, but also an inevitable trend of human economic and social development. It has become the basis for countries or regions to measure the level of economic and social development and to formulate regional development policies.This paper synthetically applies the theory and method of humanistic economic geography, taking 85 basic units of Liaoning Province as the research object, combining theoretical analysis with empirical research and quantitative analysis with qualitative analysis.On the basis of synthesizing the representative indexes at home and abroad, 15 indexes were selected from four aspects of economic development, population, social development and urban construction to measure the development level of county urbanization in Liaoning province.The characteristics of regional differences of urbanization level and its influencing factors are analyzed, and the following conclusions are obtained:1) by using principal component analysis and cluster analysis, it is concluded that the county urbanization level in Liaoning Province has great regional differences, the highest urbanization level region and the higher urbanization level region.It mainly distributes in the central plain area and the southern coastal area of Liaoning Province, while the middle area of urbanization level and the low level area of urbanization mainly distribute in the eastern and western mountainous area of Liaoning Province.The factors affecting the development of urbanization include natural resources, geographical location, economic development, historical conditions and policy conditions.Based on the empirical study on the urbanization level of counties in Liaoning Province, it is concluded that the economic factors play the most important role in promoting the urbanization process.3) based on the analysis of the development level, regional differences and influencing factors of county urbanization in Liaoning Province, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.In the process of promoting urbanization at the county level in Liaoning Province, it is necessary, first, to have a unified understanding of the strategic focus for the development of urbanization; second, because the level of economic development is a strong support for the development of urbanization, therefore, to speed up the development of urbanization at the county level,Third, in the course of urbanization, we should focus on the development of regional central cities, so as to give full play to their role in promoting radiation to the surrounding areas.Fourth, to improve the overall level of urbanization in Liaoning Province, we must strengthen the support of backward counties.
