以大连港为起点的丝绸之路物流节点布局研究

【摘要】:随着全球经济化水平的不断攀升以及物流业的进一步拓展,物流节点在物流活动中的重要性日渐突显。伴随着2011年发改委为深入贯彻落实东北地区等老工业基地振兴战略而编制的《东北地区物流业发展规划》的出台,物流节点的布局问题逐渐纳入到我国的国家发展规划中。紧随其后,我国国家主席习近平在对中亚国家进行国事访问期间,提出了建设“丝绸之路经济带”这一倡议,旨在为这条古老的商道注入新的生机活力,并引领欧亚大陆经济合作走向更加美好的未来。大连港作为东北亚经济圈的中心港口以及我国面向世界的重要门户,具备发展丝绸之路的潜质,并能够在吸引日韩及环渤海等地区的优势货源的基础上,有效衔接丝绸之路上的物流节点,进一步拓展大连港至满洲里的铁路运输班列至俄罗斯、欧洲地区。 然而以大连港为起点的丝绸之路物流节点布局问题有别于其他物流节点的布局。从整体丝绸之路未来的发展方向来看,大连港将衔接东北与俄欧地区,因此有必要注入外贸、口岸等因素,同时还应充分考虑国家对东北地区物流节点未来的规划期盼。因此,首先本文在结合以往相关论文研究现状的基础上,根据以大连港为起点的丝绸之路特性,建立适合此线路物流节点布局的指标体系,并将指标体系分三大类,涉及物流节点的经济、设施及区位等影响因素;其次,为了剔除运算过程受主观性的影响,本文结合主成分分析法和熵值法对当前选取的物流节点的规模进行排序,对物流节点有了初步的认识;再次,文章用聚类分析法对物流节点进行分级,了解不同等级物流节点之间的差距和分类依据;最后联系运算结果和现实基础,对物流节点的布局进行进一步调整,力图使结果更具备可行性和有效性。
[Abstract]:With the increasing level of global economy and the further development of logistics industry, the importance of logistics node in logistics activities is becoming increasingly prominent.With the publication of the Northeast Logistics Development Plan, which was compiled by the NDRC in 2011 to carry out the strategy of revitalizing the old industrial bases in Northeast China, the layout of logistics nodes has gradually been brought into the national development plan of our country.Immediately after that, during his state visit to Central Asian countries, Chinese President Xi Jinping put forward the initiative of building the "Silk Road Economic Belt" in order to inject new vitality into this ancient commercial road.And lead Eurasia economic cooperation to a better future.As the central port of the Northeast Asian economic circle and an important gateway facing the world in our country, Dalian Port has the potential to develop the Silk Road and can attract the superior sources of goods from Japan and South Korea and the Bohai Rim.Effectively link the logistics nodes on the Silk Road, further expand the Dalian Port to Manzhouli rail transport routes to Russia, Europe.However, the Silk Road logistics node layout problem is different from that of other logistics nodes.From the perspective of the future development direction of the whole Silk Road, Dalian Port will link the Northeast with Russia and Europe, so it is necessary to inject foreign trade, ports and other factors. At the same time, we should also fully consider the future planning of logistics nodes in Northeast China.Therefore, first of all, based on the research status of previous related papers, according to the characteristics of the Silk Road starting from Dalian Port, this paper establishes an index system suitable for the distribution of logistics nodes of this route, and divides the index system into three categories.Secondly, in order to eliminate the subjective influence on the operation process, this paper combines principal component analysis and entropy method to sort out the scale of the current selected logistics nodes.We have a preliminary understanding of logistics nodes; thirdly, the paper uses cluster analysis to classify logistics nodes to understand the gap and classification basis between different levels of logistics nodes. Finally, contact the results and practical basis.The layout of logistics nodes is further adjusted to make the results more feasible and effective.
