【摘要】：摘要：随着经济的发展和生活水平的提高,品质优良、品种丰富、产品新鲜安全、供应及时已经成为广大消费者对蔬菜类农产品的普遍要求。同时,城市生活节奏的加快,使上班族很难有时间去农贸市场或超市选购生鲜农产品。电子商务的发展,也使消费者对农产品的网络购买需求越来越旺盛。基于以上背景,物流便利店的发展能很好地适应现代人的生活方式。物流便利店借鉴和结合便利店、自提点的经营理念与特色,为企业解决配送最后一公里问题。本文对SN集团农产品零售网络、配送网络现状进行分析,结合集团的实际情况以及在企业的实习经验和调研分析,定性分析蔬菜类农产品时效性、物流便利店模式、服务水平等关键因素对物流便利店的影响。在定性分析的基础上,本文综合运用0-1混合整数规划的方法建立了SN集团蔬菜类农产品物流便利店选址—路径优化模型,根据本文需要解决的问题将选址—路径优化问题分为两个阶段,选址阶段和路径优化阶段,分别建立两个阶段的模型。模型从减少物流便利店成本角度出发,综合考虑了农产品时效性、服务水平、客户满意度的影响。最后,本文通过改进的遗传算法对两个阶段的模型进行求解,对求解的结果进行分析后对SN集团提出建设性意见。
[Abstract]:Absrtact: with the development of economy and the improvement of living standard, good quality, rich variety, fresh and safe products and timely supply have become the general requirements of the majority of consumers for vegetable agricultural products.At the same time, the quickening pace of urban life makes it difficult for office workers to go to farmers' markets or supermarkets to buy fresh agricultural products.The development of electronic commerce, also make consumer to produce network purchase demand more and more exuberant.Based on the above background, the development of logistics convenience stores can adapt to modern life style.The logistics convenience store uses for reference and combines the convenience store, raises the point management idea and the characteristic, solves the distribution last kilometer question for the enterprise.This paper analyzes the current situation of SN group's agricultural product retail network and distribution network, combining with the actual situation of the group and the practical experience and investigation and analysis in the enterprise, qualitatively analyzes the timeliness of vegetable agricultural products and the mode of logistics convenience store.The influence of key factors such as service level on logistics convenience stores.On the basis of qualitative analysis, this paper uses 0-1 mixed integer programming method to establish the site-path optimization model of the convenient store of vegetable products logistics in SN group.According to the problem to be solved in this paper, the site-path optimization problem is divided into two stages, the location stage and the path optimization stage.In order to reduce the cost of logistics convenience store, the model considers the effects of agricultural product timeliness, service level and customer satisfaction.Finally, the improved genetic algorithm (GA) is used to solve the two-stage model. After analyzing the results of the solution, some constructive suggestions are put forward to SN group.
