基于订单整合的淘宝网共同配送模式研究

【摘要】:淘宝网作为亚太地区最大的网络购物商圈,解决了信息流、资金流和商流的问题。而随着中国电子商务网络购物市场的发展,物流已成为淘宝网进一步发展的瓶颈。近年来淘宝网在网络购物市场份额逐年下降,因此解决淘宝网物流瓶颈问题刻不容缓。 本文运用文献分析、定量分析、理论与实践相结合等方法首先分析了淘宝网所处的电子商务环境和竞争环境,得出了淘宝网物流瓶颈亟待解决的结论。在此基础上,通过对近年来的关于电子商务物流、共同配送等方面的文献分析,发现以降低物流费用、提高用户体验的共同配送理论来构建淘宝网的新物流模式是淘宝网最好的出路。然后在共同配送理论的指导下,构建了基于订单整合的淘宝网共同配送模式来解决淘宝网所面临的物流瓶颈问题。建立新的物流模式之后,对新物流模式的可行性进行了理论与实践相结合的论证,得出新模式切实可行的结论。 本文最大的贡献在于为淘宝网构建了一个切实可行并且行之有效的共同配送模式,为淘宝网的物流瓶颈问题找到了良好的解决办法。本文的基于订单整合的淘宝网共同配送模式是从共同配送的降低物流成本、提高物流效率和服务水平的思想出发,将一般意义上的实物集中统一配送改成了网络上订单的统一、整合、调拨,将长途运输简化为在线传送,然后就近进行实物的共同配送。因此,该配送模式不仅比现行的淘宝网物流模式更省钱、省时、省力,相对于一般意义上的共同配送,更有利于提高整个物流系统的效率和服务水平,同时还大大的降低了物流作业成本。
[Abstract]:Taobao, as the largest online shopping area in the Asia-Pacific region, solves the problems of information flow, capital flow and business flow. With the development of e-commerce online shopping market in China, logistics has become the bottleneck of Taobao's further development. In recent years, the share of Taobao in the online shopping market has declined year by year, so it is urgent to solve the bottleneck of Taobao logistics. This paper analyzes the electronic commerce environment and competition environment of Taobao by the methods of literature analysis, quantitative analysis, theory and practice, and draws the conclusion that Taobao logistics bottleneck needs to be solved urgently. On this basis, through the literature analysis on e-commerce logistics and joint distribution in recent years, it is found that logistics costs can be reduced. It is the best way to construct the new logistics mode of Taobao by improving the common distribution theory of user experience. Then under the guidance of the theory of joint distribution, the paper constructs a model of Taobao joint distribution based on order integration to solve the bottleneck of logistics faced by Taobao. After the establishment of the new logistics model, the feasibility of the new logistics model is demonstrated by combining theory with practice, and the feasible conclusion of the new model is obtained. The greatest contribution of this paper is to build a feasible and effective joint distribution model for Taobao, and to find a good solution to the logistics bottleneck of Taobao. The model of Taobao joint distribution based on order integration is based on the idea of reducing logistics cost, improving logistics efficiency and service level, and changing the centralized and unified distribution in general sense into the unification of orders on the network. Integrate, allocate, simplify long-distance transportation to online delivery, and then make physical joint distribution nearby. Therefore, this distribution mode is not only more economical, time-saving and labor-saving than the current Taobao logistics mode, but also more conducive to improving the efficiency and service level of the entire logistics system, compared with the common distribution in the general sense. At the same time, it also greatly reduces the cost of logistics activities.
