【摘要】：改革开放以来，随着辽宁省城镇化的快速发展，城乡收入差距问题也日益突出。如何在推进城镇化发展的同时有效缩小城乡收入差距，实现二者兼得，获得经济稳定快速增长，这是目前应该重点研究的问题。本文在研究分析城镇化和城乡收入差距文献的基础上，讨论了辽宁省城乡收入差距和城镇化历史演变过程和发展特点。力求探索在发展城镇化的同时缩小城乡收入差距的有效路径。这对于辽宁省的经济发展具有重要的理论意义和现实意义。本文是在城镇化发展的这个框架体系内研究辽宁省城乡收入差距问题。并就辽宁省如何在今后稳步推进新型城镇化过程中有效缩小城乡收入差距，提出相关的政策建议。文章以城镇化和城乡收入差距相关理论为基础，以计量经济学为工具，选用城乡二元对比系数、城镇人口比重、第三产业就业人口比重、工业化率，四个指标作为衡量城镇化综合水平的指标，建立了测评辽宁省城镇化进程中城乡收入差距的计量模型。通过分析这四个指标对辽宁省城乡收入差距的影响情况，以VAR模型为基础，通过协整分析，格兰杰因果检验，脉冲响应和方差分解分析的动态计量经济学方法，对1978年到2012年辽宁省城镇化进程中的城乡收入差距问题进行计量分析。结果显示，辽宁省城乡收入差距和城镇化综合水平之间存在唯一长期动态均衡关系，即二者之间具有长期一致性。最后论文根据上述理论和实证分析，并结合国家制定的新型城镇化发展要求，就今后辽宁省城镇化发展过程中如何缩小城乡收入差距提出了一些政策建议。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, with the rapid development of urbanization in Liaoning Province, the urban-rural income gap has become increasingly prominent. How to effectively narrow the income gap between urban and rural areas while promoting the development of urbanization, achieve both, and obtain stable and rapid economic growth, which should be the focus of study at present. Based on the research and analysis of the literature on urbanization and urban-rural income gap, this paper discusses the historical evolution process and development characteristics of urban-rural income gap and urbanization in Liaoning Province. To explore the development of urbanization at the same time reduce the income gap between urban and rural effective path. This for Liaoning Province's economic development has important theoretical and practical significance. This paper studies the urban-rural income gap in Liaoning Province within the framework of urbanization development. Some policy suggestions are put forward on how to reduce the income gap between urban and rural areas in Liaoning Province in the process of steadily promoting new urbanization in the future. Based on the theories of urbanization and urban-rural income gap and econometrics, the paper selects urban-rural dual contrast coefficient, urban population proportion, tertiary industry employment population proportion, industrialization rate, etc. Four indexes are used to measure the comprehensive level of urbanization, and a measurement model is established to evaluate the urban-rural income gap in the process of urbanization in Liaoning Province. By analyzing the impact of these four indicators on the urban-rural income gap in Liaoning Province, based on the VAR model, the dynamic econometrics method based on co-integration analysis, Granger causality test, impulse response and variance decomposition analysis is presented. This paper analyzes the urban-rural income gap in the urbanization process of Liaoning Province from 1978 to 2012. The results show that there is only a long-term dynamic equilibrium relationship between the urban-rural income gap and the comprehensive level of urbanization in Liaoning Province, that is, there is a long-term consistency between the two. Finally, according to the above theoretical and empirical analysis, combined with the new urbanization development requirements formulated by the state, this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to reduce the urban-rural income gap in the future urbanization development process in Liaoning Province.
