循环取货在快递行业中的应用研究

【摘要】:随着电子商务的兴起,我国的快递业如雨后春笋般蓬勃发展。我国的快递业相较于国外起步晚、发展快,但伴随着快速的发展,也呈现出许多问题。循环取货作为一种新型的物流供货模式在汽车零部件入厂物流取得成功实践,也因此受到越来越多的学者关注和研究。国内外学者对于循环取货模式已经开展了广泛的应用研究,但由于各种原因,国内企业成功实施循环取货模式的案例不是很多,并且局限于汽车行业零部件入厂物流。因此,本文创新性的将循环取货模式引入到快递行业中,着重对信息化建设、包装标准化、路径规划进行研究,解决循环取货在应用于快递行业中遇到这三方面的问题。本文通过定性与定量相结合的方法对循环取货如何在快递业中取得应有的应用成效进行探讨和验证。 本文首先分析了国内快递业的发展现状,并深入研究了循环取货理论,将循环取货应用到快递业中。并通过各流程分析提出存在的问题,针对存在的问题提出相应的解决措施。提出企业信息化系统建设的框架,,并通过“云计算”等对策建议解决中小快递企业信息化系统建设中资金不足等问题;针对循环取货作业流程需要提出包装标准化的重要性,通过采用“快递集装箱”实现快递企业运输中的包装标准化,提高快递循环取货的效率;通过建立快递业循环取货模型进行路径规划及优化,有效降低运输成本,并通过算例分析验证模型及算法的有效性。
[Abstract]:With the rise of e-commerce, the express delivery industry in China is booming. Compared with foreign countries, China's express delivery industry started late and developed rapidly, but with the rapid development, it also presents many problems. As a new type of logistics supply mode, recycling goods has been successfully applied in the entry logistics of automobile parts, which has been paid more and more attention and research by more and more scholars. Scholars at home and abroad have carried out a wide range of research on the recycling mode, but due to various reasons, there are not many cases of domestic enterprises successfully implementing the recycling mode, and limited to the automobile industry parts inbound logistics. Therefore, this paper innovatively introduces the recycling delivery mode into express delivery industry, focusing on the information construction, packaging standardization, path planning, to solve the circular goods in the express industry in the application of these three problems. This paper discusses and verifies how to obtain the proper application effect in express delivery industry by combining qualitative and quantitative methods. Firstly, this paper analyzes the current situation of domestic express delivery industry, and deeply studies the theory of recycling goods, and applies it to express delivery industry. The existing problems are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are put forward. Put forward the framework of enterprise information system construction, and solve the problem of lack of funds in the construction of information system of small and medium-sized express delivery enterprises through "cloud computing" and other countermeasures, and put forward the importance of packaging standardization in view of the process of recycling and picking up goods. By using "express container" to realize the packaging standardization in express transportation, to improve the efficiency of express circulation, and to reduce the transportation cost effectively by establishing the circular delivery model of express delivery industry for route planning and optimization. The validity of the model and algorithm is verified by an example.
