【摘要】：历时5年多的《跨太平洋伙伴关系协定》(TPP)谈判结束,包括美国、日本、文莱、智利、新加坡、新西兰在内的12个成员国在美国佐治亚州亚特兰大举行的部长级会议上达成基本协议,同意进行自由贸易,并在投资及知识产权等广泛领域统一规范。TPP的形成直接影响了我国现有的出口贸易格局和贸易网络,对中国主导的"一带一路"战略也将产生极大的经济效益。我国国际货运业应该利用TPP协议尚未生效的这段时间,在紧盯中国主导的战略性协定催生商机的同时,重视因TPP而出现的新商机。加强对将来有可能在TPP协议成员国间发生的贸易转移的研究,以及对将来为应对TPP原产地规则等而出现的大规模的企业产业转移进行跟踪研究。
[Abstract]:More than five years of negotiations on the Trans-Pacific Partnership Agreement concluded, including the United States, Japan, Brunei, Chile, Singapore, At a ministerial meeting in Atlanta, Georgia, New Zealand and 12 other member states reached a basic agreement on free trade. And the formation of the unified norm in investment and intellectual property rights. TPP has directly affected the existing export trade pattern and trade network of our country, and will also bring great economic benefits to the "Belt and Road" strategy led by China. China's international freight industry should take advantage of the period when the TPP agreement has not yet come into effect and pay attention to the new business opportunities arising from the TPP while focusing on the opportunities generated by the strategic agreements led by China. To strengthen the research on the possible trade transfer between TPP member countries in the future, and to track the large-scale industrial transfer of enterprises to deal with the rules of origin of TPP in the future.
