基于DEA的山西省物流产业效率研究

【摘要】:在科技进步与经济全球化的推动下,中国物流产业已经成为现代经济的重要组成部分,成为吸纳就业、促进生产、拉动消费的重要举措,成为中国经济增长的新的增长点。山西省地处内陆中部,地理位置承东启西,煤炭资源丰富,不仅具有区位优势,同时具有发展物流业的潜力。目前,山西省虽然是一个物流量大省,但却不是一个物流产业强省,因此研究山西省物流产业的效率,分析山西省物流效率不足的原因,以寻求提高山西省物流产业效率的措施,对于保证山西省物流产业的稳定、持续、协调发展具有现实意义。 本文通过对物流产业集聚及物流产业效率的理论知识进行梳理,在国内外相关文献的基础上,首先对山西省物流产业的基础设施状况、政策环境状况、物流企业发展状况等进行定性分析,分析了山西省物流产业的发展优势及不足。之后提出本文采用的DEA研究方法,介绍了文中采用的CCR、BCC模型和Malmquist指数法的经济含义,结合山西省物流产业的具体状况,建立了山西省物流产业效率评价指标体系。并在历史数据的基础上,利用DEAP2.1软件,计算出中国大陆除西藏外30个省、自治区、直辖市的物流产业的技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率,对山西省的物流产业效率值进行横向截面剖析,同时运用Malmquist指数法对山西省物流产业效率的发展进行时间序列上的测度分析。 通过研究分析得出,山西省物流产业效率虽然逐年在提高,但总体低于全国平均水平,物流产业从业人员数存在投入冗余,物流网络里程存在利用率不高问题,同时货物周转量存在产出不足问题。综合分析,发现山西省物流产业发展的主要问题是:物流资源分配不合理,仍未发掘出物流资源应有的能力。最后,针对山西省物流产业现状及DEA分析结果,提出相关政策建议,以促进山西省物流产业健康可持续发展。 本文的创新之处在于:通过借鉴国内外关于物流产业效率研究的相关成果,根据相关理论基础并结合数据包络分析法中指标的选取原则,从人力、物力、财力方面构建输入指标,从数量、质量方面构建输出指标,建立山西省物流产业效率的评价指标体系;同时为了更加准确、全面的对山西省物流产业效率进行测度分析,综合运用DEA-CCR模型、DEA-BCC模型以及DEA-Malmquist指数方法,从横向截面与时间序列两方面对山西省物流产业效率值进行测度分析。横向截面上,对山西省的技术效率、纯技术效率、规模效率进行综合比较分析;时间序列上,对山西省物流产业的全要素生产率变动、技术效率变动以及技术进步变动的发展速度进行比较分析,最后得出山西省物流产业效率值的静态排名结果及动态变化状况,并对测度结果进行分析。
[Abstract]:Driven by the advancement of science and technology and economic globalization, China's logistics industry has become an important part of the modern economy, an important measure to absorb employment, promote production and stimulate consumption, and has become a new growth point of China's economic growth. Shanxi Province is located in the central part of the inland area. It has abundant coal resources and has the potential to develop logistics industry. At present, although Shanxi Province is a province with large logistics flow, it is not a strong province of logistics industry. Therefore, the paper studies the efficiency of Shanxi logistics industry and analyzes the reasons for Shanxi's insufficient logistics efficiency. It is of practical significance to seek measures to improve the efficiency of logistics industry in Shanxi Province to ensure the stability, sustainability and coordinated development of the logistics industry in Shanxi Province. This paper combs the theoretical knowledge of logistics industry agglomeration and logistics industry efficiency, based on the relevant literature at home and abroad, first of all, the situation of infrastructure and policy environment of Shanxi logistics industry. The development situation of logistics enterprises is analyzed qualitatively, and the advantages and disadvantages of Shanxi logistics industry are analyzed. Then the paper puts forward the DEA research method, introduces the economic meaning of the CCRN BCC model and Malmquist index method, and establishes the evaluation index system of logistics industry efficiency in Shanxi Province combined with the specific situation of the logistics industry in Shanxi Province. On the basis of historical data and using DEAP2.1 software, the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of logistics industry in 30 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government in mainland China are calculated. This paper analyzes the efficiency value of logistics industry in Shanxi Province, and uses Malmquist index method to measure and analyze the development of logistics industry efficiency in Shanxi Province in time series. Through research and analysis, it is concluded that the efficiency of logistics industry in Shanxi Province is improving year by year, but it is generally lower than the national average level, the number of employees in logistics industry is redundant, and the utilization ratio of logistics network mileage is not high. At the same time, there is insufficient output in the turnover of goods. Through comprehensive analysis, it is found that the main problems in the development of logistics industry in Shanxi Province are that the distribution of logistics resources is unreasonable and the capacity of logistics resources has not been explored. Finally, according to the current situation of logistics industry in Shanxi Province and the results of DEA analysis, the paper puts forward some relevant policy suggestions to promote the healthy and sustainable development of logistics industry in Shanxi Province. The innovation of this paper is: by referring to the domestic and foreign research on logistics industry efficiency, according to the relevant theoretical basis and combined with the selection principle of indicators in the data envelopment analysis, from the human, material resources, In terms of financial resources, the input index, the output index from the quantity and quality, and the evaluation index system of the logistics industry efficiency in Shanxi Province are established. At the same time, in order to be more accurate and comprehensive to measure and analyze the efficiency of the logistics industry in Shanxi Province, By using DEA-CCR model DEA-BCC model and DEA-Malmquist index method, this paper measures and analyzes the efficiency of Shanxi logistics industry from two aspects: transverse section and time series. On the horizontal section, the technical efficiency, pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of Shanxi Province are compared and analyzed. In time series, the change of total factor productivity of logistics industry in Shanxi Province is analyzed. The development speed of technological efficiency change and technological progress change is compared and analyzed. Finally, the static ranking result and dynamic change state of Shanxi logistics industry efficiency value are obtained, and the measurement results are analyzed.
