基于ERP物流管理与第三方WMS接口整合应用

【摘要】:面对激烈的国内外的竞争,越来越多的企业在扩大前端市场投入的同时,越来越多的把目光投向后端的内部控制,既要开源,又要节流。很多公司在整合内外资源时,越来越多的考虑把物流、后勤等工作高度集成或者外包出去,利用第三方的既有优势,在短期内迅速地在国内市场实现高效的供应链运作,而引入现代化的管理手段以及供应链的运作模式,结合国内市场的特点,提高产品的物流运作效率,从而适应不断增长的战略扩张需求。全球500强企业已经全面应用了ERP系统,超过90%的企业选择实施了ERP的明星产品SAP。第三方物流目前在国内得到的长足的发展,日渐成熟,于是结合中国目前市场的物流特点,提高物流的运作速度,利用第三方物流现有的全国网络,迅速的达成渠道物流供应。同时降低物流成本,提高“第三方利润源”都促使越来越多的企业选择采用第三方物流作为公司的营运物流决策。然而,怎样将公司内部的ERP系统与第三方物流公司的WMS系统完整的集成,能够很好的控制物流动态,控制库存水平,提高物流效率,严格控制这个供应链的质量关节,同时又要兼顾各自系统的控制要求,保证系统的安全性和内部流程的完整性,成为当前必然需要解决的问题。课题以P公司为例,首先对整合两个系统所涉及的业务需求进行了分析,分别描述了销售部门,采购部门,质量部门,物流部门的业务流程,强调了目前各个部门对流程管理的关键控制点,进一步阐明了课题的实际意义,同时,通过分析两套系统的各自的特点,以及业务功能的侧重点,设计并且实现了两套系统业务整合的接口。使得P公司以及第三方物流公司日常的大量的物流指令,能够通过接口很好的实现信息流和物流的沟通,极大的提高了信息沟通的效率,实现了控制目的,提高了整个公司的物流运行效率。论文具体描述了如何实现系统的关键技术,以及业务匹配的对照表,数据传递中间件技术,数据接口对应的流程设计以及实现、B/S三层码等,其中,业务流程的关键点,以及对应的业务及相关主数据的匹配表,数据接口的设计和实现的业务流程的细化是本课题研究的重点和难点。本人作为的SAP系统的实施人员,具体负责此次接口项目的业务流程分析、总体项目管理、组织关键双方用户集成测试、系统的数据切换等工作,作为企业方的代表,全程与企业方的程序开发人员,第三方物流的关键用户及开发人员一道,针对SAP与WMS系统进行了流程业务再造,针对特殊业务的定制开发,经过严格的功能测试、集成测试,最终实现了适合P公司与第三方物流S公司物流要求的系统的接口整合。目前,整套的接口已经很好的投入到正式系统环境的使用,各方面反映良好,性能稳定,运行的效率高。实现了业务流和信息流的高效整合统一,另外一方面又为P公司商务智能提供了高效率的运行数据,大大减轻了负担,此系统整合模式被推广至P公司的亚太物流中心和欧洲物流中心。提高了P公司在国内的医药市场上物流效率,进而提高了P公司的行业竞争力。

At present, the whole set of interfaces has been well put into the use of the formal system environment, all aspects are well reflected, performance stability, The efficiency of operation is high. It achieves high efficiency integration and integration of business flow and information flow. On the other hand, it provides high efficiency running data for business intelligence of P company, greatly alleviates the burden. This system integration model is extended to the Asia Pacific Logistics Center of P company and the European Logistics Center. It improves the logistics of P company in the domestic pharmaceutical market. Efficiency increases the competitiveness of P companies.
